Wrong info on advertising page, sent wrong item gave me all the red tape. Avoid vendor bait and switch practices.

Rating + 1 Wrong stand sent with monitor

I got the monitor in a timely manner but the stand to hold the monitor up was the completely wrong stand. I had thrown out the box and receipt so I didn't even bother to return it but it's been really frustrating having to deal with it because of a mix up on Newegg's end.

Rating + 5 GREAT SELLER!

I ordered 2 Asus tablets for Christmas gifts. Instead of the 2 tablets, Asus has packed a keyboard in the box in error.

I called and spoke with Mike, who went above and beyond to make things right. Long story short, he stayed behind after closing, and re-shipped my tablets with upgraded shipping to ensure I had them in time for the 25th (actually, they arrived a day early!).

The customer service and care of RefurbSaver is exemplary!! I will definitely shop with them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best price and EXCELLENT customer service.

Rating + 1 Still do not have a monitor

The monitor was 'dead' on arrival. I returned it (at my expense). a month they said it couldn't be fixed and offered me a different monitor. I said OK as long as it had the same resolution (1920x1200) as the one i ordered. Still don't have a monitor or estimate on when i will get it. The original order was in the middle of May.
