Rating + 1 Seller is a Pathetic Joke of a Company Places NE Flash's Reputation on the Line

Item says it shipped on 7/9 and it has never actually been picked up for delivery by Fedex as of 7/25!

A chat with NE Flash customer service inquiring regarding an item that had not been shipped for over TWO WEEKS (not contacted once by NE Flash or seller regarding delay), at first told me that I had to contact the customer service for the seller direct, which is patently appalling since NE Flash puts its name, brand and reputation on the line when it sells items from terrible companies such as this one.

After questioning the logic of NE Flash having a customer service page that required you to spend your valuable TIME typing in the details for an item that has never arrived that apparently had no teeth to actually correct the problem directly, I made it pretty clear that NE's reputation was on the line here and they needed to fix the problem.

Was told it would be fixed in 24 hrs. 3 days later, not a word yet. NE Flash will tank NE's stellar reputation if it keeps up like this!

RMA Policy
    At CanvasElite.com we try to make your experience as pleasant as possible. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our product, and need to return merchandise back to us, we will send you a free return FedEx Ground Label on your request. Return for shipping will be refunded only in Fedex Return Label

    CanvasElite reserves the right to reject damaged goods and decline any return. Expenses incurred by the customer for shipping the merchandise back to CanvasElite without the agreement from CanvasElite will not be reimbursed.Refunds are judged based on receipt of the item and not when shipped out. All returns for credit must be in original condition, include original packing material, manuals and all other accessories provided upon original delivery. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee starts on the date of the purchase and is valid for 30 Calendar Days, which include: weekends and holidays. If the merchandise is returned after the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee than a Store Credit is issued. If merchandise's price changes upon return, customer will get refunded only current price of the product. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
