Rating + 1 Over 3 weeks and still not received.

I placed the order on 9/29. It's 10/21 and I still haven't received it. After complaining to Newegg, I finally received an email from the vendor stating they could not track my order and they would expedite the shipping of a replacement. Still haven't received my order.

Seller refused to allow return of product by using stall tactics. After a week of emails going back and forth, and with a looming return deadline, I gave up and accepted their partial refund.

I do not recommend dealing with this seller. Their grasp of the English language is spotty, their item descriptions are misleading, and their returns department is anything but helpful.

Newegg should have never allow Victake to be one of their seller. This company is involved in bait and switch or selling items they knew upfront that they don't have in-stock.
