Ordered a note 10.1 as new and it came in a disgusting sticky box where none of the documents/manuals were in the box. Seals were broken. Everything just looked as if it was used and was falsely advertising as a "new" product. Emailing them for a replacement or return is impossible. waited over a week before asking newegg. Still no reply on a return... I strongly suggest staying away. My mistake was not reading the fact that this was a third party seller and the rating were not good.

I am absolutely floored at the product I received. The box was old and dirty, The Samsung galaxy note 10.1 that I purchased as new condition was hardly that. There wasn't any documentation is the box. I was surprised that it lasted a whole week before it forgot how to boot up and be useful. The best experience was trying to get someone to return my email for an RMA number. Now as I am in NEW YORK as well... I could have drove there faster then the reply. They finally responded to me and now the waiting game begins. IF I pay for new, I want NEW! THey owe me two eggs because I had to give them one!

If your looking for a used, incomplete piece of junk, then congratulations!!!! Your found the right seller! IT WAS ADVERTISED AS NEW! The only thing new was me buying this crop. It came without any documentation, protective screen film, or headphones. Now don't be fooled by the great warranty that expires as soon as it's written either. I requested an RMA to return it 3 days after receiving the note 10.1. It's now been over a month with no response after several requests and guess what expired???? Ready.... THE WARRANTY! Lesson learned. I only can hope I spare some of you from the same fate. Stay away from this seller. Buyer beware! I had to give them 1 egg to submit this review but my actual review is the owe me a few eggs!

I received a device that appeared to have been an open-box return item. I was assured that it still carried a new item warranty and they even gave me 10% back for the mix-up. I was pleased with their attempts to satisfy me.

Purchased this brand new and have had it maybe 2-3 weeks now and randomly it just stopped turning on and wont charge at all it makes no sense at all. Also now im seeing its non refundable and no replacements....kinda sketchy considering its supposibly "brand new"

I didn't realize a shell shocker could be from a third party. Product said it was new and it wasn't. I read other reviews of items not being new and realized my item probably would not be new when it arrived. At least the product works.

they sent me an opened tablet with no documentation. the device serial number didn't match the box serial number. believe it was refurbished. still waiting to have problem resolved. and apparently this isnt the first time. i wont be doing business with them and probably not newegg.com

    Return Policy
    Items sold and shipped by Electronic Deals can be returned for an exchange or replacement by mail within 30 days of when you receive them. Electronic deals will provide the buyer with a return label and a RMA form via email to be sent with the product. If the order is “dead on arrival," or arrives in damaged condition, the customer can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Electronic Deals reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a restocking fee equal to 10-20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Electronic Deals will not accept returns more than 30 days after you receive the shipment, please contact the manufacturer.


    If customer’s no longer want the item ordered, not due to a defect or error on our part, we are happy to accept any returns in accordance with our return policy. However there will be a 10-20% restocking fee for this type of return and the buyer is responsible for mailing the return to our returns center.


    Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received it and have all original manufacturer's packaging (if applicable), materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. If the above conditions are not met, Electronic Deals has the right to charge a fee in addition to the 10-20% restocking fee.

    Please note: Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, so we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Any returns that is not returned within 30 days will be refused by our returns center

    Refused or Undeliverable Packages
    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to specific return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.


    If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you are subject to the return shipping costs as well as a 10-20% restocking fee.

    • The process of returning an item by mail takes 2-3 weeks in most cases.

    •All Televisions are not returnable, as they are serviced under the manufacturer's warranty

    • A returned item must be identical to the brand, specifications, item description and condition of your original purchase.

    • If you are returning an item for any other reason, not due to a defect, the buyer is responsible for mailing the item to our returns center. RMA instructions
    Please pack up the purchased item(s) and include the following (if supplied): the original box, all original accessories and cables that arrived with the original package. Place the original box into a shipping box so as not to further damage it or any of its contents.

    Be sure to include the following information: YOUR ORDER ID NUMBER, NAME/SURNAME, REASON FOR YOUR RETURN, PHONE NUMBER and E-Mail
    and indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange.
