Rating + 5 Great lights; good green screen!

I had no quality problems with receiving my green screen and 400W bulb stands w/ umbrellas. I was missing nothing and have no complaints. Keep up the good work; but keep up on those other problems from those other people.

Rating + 1 dishonest seller , cheap junk

Stay away from this seller ETOP and this item (LoadStone Studio 2400W 3 Softbox Lighting & Boom Kit Item #: 9SIA2060P03438) I wouldn't be surprised if many their other items they sell are bogus cheap garbage too. The kit arrived with one part broke (the boom pivot) this part on the boom stand didn't even fit it was like it wasn't even made for that tripod. The the boom tripod broke in half before I could even use it and the cheap plastic light fixture attachment part to the top of the tripod broke , snapped. I tried to put it together very carefully I am careful with my equipment. The lighting seems weak and underpowered . Instructions are impossible and don't tel you anything understandable obviously made by someone who doesn't care about anybody but then again this kit was sold by someone who doesn't care about anybody too. Too bad Newegg is damaging their reputation by letting bad sellers like this sell on their website.

Rating + 3 Not Quite New Egg Quality

The package came with a broken green screen--it was literally taped in the place that it was broken. It was very difficult to get a hold of the seller. When I finally did, he was very nice and immediately replace the screen. Come to find out, the day of the shooting, we were also missing one of the umbrellas. Oh well, too late! Although the seller was very nice and accommodating when I talked to him, I feel that this experience just doesn't meet up to New Egg's standard of quality service.
