Rating + 1 JacobsParts 1mA USB Car Charger Adapter for Cell Phones Smart Phones (black)

Usb Charger arrived with some thing rattling around inside.I took it apart to see what was loose and found a small coil had broken off the circut board.
Not too impressed.

Got tracking number but didn't see anything on shipping right away so I called them and they let me know it was going to ship within a day and it did and I got it fast. I appreciate the customer service they provided over the phone and the item was in perfect condition.

This seller sent a regular mini-B USB cable even though the title and description of the item was the proprietary connector USB cable that my digital camera uses. Shipping it back will exceed the cost of cable, so its not worth getting an RMA.

Took a few days after I got a tracking number for them to ship my item however I did contact them at the number provided and they told me when it would ship and once shipped it arrived fast and within the overall time frame I expected. Ordered 8/3 arrived 8/9. Can't complain on that. And when calling them you get a real person fast and they are friendly and very helpful. Thanks JacobsParts, I look forward to doing business with you again.

I ordered 3 things, 2 at the same time and another a few hours later. In about a day I got a tracking number with all 3 things on the same one, which was efficient of them. According to the tracking info they created the package label but then took 5 days to actually get usps the package. Either way usps only took 2 days so it still came in the 5-7 days I was told. In the end I got all 3 of the correct products that all work fine.

Rating + 2 This replacement Xbox hard drive broke compatibility with original Xbox games

The Xbox 250GB hard drive this seller offers does -not- contain the necessary disk partition to play original Xbox games on the 360. My Xbox 360 no longer works as it should with this hard drive. Nowhere was it mentioned in the product listing on NewEgg that this drive didn't have the necessary partition for original Xbox game play to continue to working so I consider it defective. After 4 different emails over the past week and a half, I am still waiting to hear anything back from the seller to understand how they can resolve this problem.

Shipping was fast but the product they sell has a big unadvertised problem that breaks the Xbox 360's ability to play backward compatible original Xbox games (whether from disc or downloaded). It is a big problem and it should be in the product listing! The drive is also much noisier than the original Microsoft drive.
