Rating + 1 Bad retailer

I ordered 3 cameras. one of them is an opened box with the returned label on it. I tried to check it out and the camera is DOA. Called Newegg, only got the phone number for the company from Newegg. Newegg said that they are not responsible for other retailer even I purchased from Newegg. I have to deal with it myself. I called FireBall company, only is the answering machine. I left the message and no respond at all. I would suggest that do not buy anything that is not sold direct from Newegg.

Rating + 2 Nice Customer Service, Awful Product

Two stars only because they immediately honored my request for a refund when one of the earbuds stopped working, which was almost precisely a half hour after i unwrapped them. So, nice service, awful product. Perhaps a fluke? I only have this one experience to judge them by.

Bought the Coby Soundbar, apparently Coby folded and offers NO tech support OR solutions should a problem arise. Why are you still selling their products and passing their problems on to the consumer KNOWING that there's NO support, warranties, or services offered if a problem presents itself! Mine fried and I'm just out of luck! That was NOT disclose and absolutely should be if you're selling their AWFUL products! Shame on YOU!

Item did not work. Company very hard to communicate with. Emails kept insisting I did something wrong to make the item not function. Was not ever able to obtain an RMA to return player.

i am not sure i will ever get the item i ordered. after 3 days, the order status still says "verifying" even though they charged my credit card on the same day i placed the order. i will avoid this newegg marketplace seller.
