This seller was extremely helpful--I ordered some headphones from them and the package was sadly stolen from my doorstep. I let FireBall know about this and they gave me a full refund. I would definitely buy from them again, great customer service!

Rating + 1 SLOW shipping

This seller takes longer to ship an item to you than it says during check out. The last item I ordered from them said 2-7 business days. It took 10 business days. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this seller.

Rating + 5 Great customer service

I ordered a Belkin G3A2000 Bluetooth music receiver and upon receipt the analog outputs were not working. The digital worked fine but for my particular application I needed the analog out to work. I contacted them and explained the situation and they promptly got back to me and said they would send a new unit out along with return postage to turn the defective one back in. The new unit has been working perfectly and I could not be any happier with the way they handled the whole process

Rating + 1 Not So Much

Initially sent wrong player, they immediately sent me a shipping label, and I sent it back. Got the right player in about a week (almost 3 wks. after I ordered it); worked great, no problems. Few days later I got another one in the mail, little confused (maybe a gift for bad service, but a $150 Wi-Fi blu ray player? Nah). They emailed me the next day and said it was accidently sent to me, and I need to send it back. Ooook. Waited and waited for the shipping label to be sent, nothing. Finally I wrote them again and within 30 min., had the label. Message in the email w/ the label read something like 'Sorry for the trouble, here's the label, put it on the box and send it back.' Didn't offer a rebate, free gift, nothing. Whatever.

Rating + 1 NOT a JVC Product

Although the lamp is displayed with a "JVC USA" logo, the lamp is made in Mexico! and is NOT a JVC produced product. If you purchase this lamp, and if you look closely you will note that the screw threads, which are used to attach the lamp's housing to your JVC TV, are much thicker than the original JVC threads. Therefore, when you screw it in to your TV, you will find that it is difficult to screw in; and, if you do screw it in, you have most likely just stripped the threads and you will most likely not be able to attach subsequent lamps--most notably original JVC lamps!

Rating + 1 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

I haven't opened the packaging yet. I bought it as a Christmas present and it did arrive on time. However the packaging for the products itself was very damaged. It didn't appear as though it happened during shipping but rather was shipped in that state. I wouldn't be nearly that upset except that it is a Christmas present and it looks like something I bought from the 75% off rack somewhere. I wouldn't recommend this company who would send something in this condition especially so close to Christmas
