Received email from seller saying listed total quantity posted at Newegg was a mistake and will be fixed. They even refund the entire purchase.

Wrong product was shipped. The said the listing was incorrect wrong picture and description for product number. Would not honor the price listed. Still waiting for the item 2 weeks later.

Rating + 1 Rebate? Never got it.

On my purchased I was to get a $40.00 rebate but never got my rebate, so because of that reason I can't thrust this seller. Was not fair they offered a rebate and then not to honored.

Customer service is nearly nonexistent. I tried to cancel the order, immediately upon notice of the order. However, the product still shipped, I again engaged this seller for a return, and after a week, I was told a return label would be sent to me and I would receive a full refund including shipping costs. I heard nothing and received nothing from this seller until today, at which point I was informed I had two days to ship the product back, or I would have to pay. I wish I saw the seller feedback from others prior to purchase.

I have been trying to contact the company to get an RMA number for a shelf that was purchased. It came scratched and what is pictured looks nothing like the product. I tried to call customer service and all I get is the option to leave a message and still have not received a call back!!

Rating + 1 The tube was only half full!

The tube of Max Muscle Rehab roll-on gel that I recieved was only half full. I'm utterly disappointed because it's as if it was used and sent to me.. that is just outright unsanitary, disgusting and wrong. Wanted a replacement at least and I didn't even get that. Although I was a little late to notify the seller, which was because the product was for my grandma and she had just told me about the issue, they were still at fault for sending a defective product that I had to pay for. Very upset with this overall experience.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service -- translation: Zero customer service. Too many, too long calls and seller still did not follow through on resolution. Received wrong item, am out my $ and product. This was an exchange -- how hard can that be?

I am showing that you requested a return on 11/21/2014 and we sent you a return label the same day to return the item for the size heating pad you wish to purchase. I am not showing you have used this return label as of yet.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
