Rating + 1 SCAM Artists! Stay away

Sold me a Sonicwall that they were not authorized to sell in the US. Tried to register it with Dell and they told me it is blacklisted, because it was originally sold to a foreign entity under special circumstances.

Tried contacting them multiple times to return it but no luck

Rating + 5 Quick delivery.

Ordered the firewall and it came quickly in perfect condition - and just in time. This was supposed to be a backup, but a lightning strike last week took out our current firewall. Restored the backup into this one and we are up and running. Of course, need to order another one... which I will do as soon as I finish typing this.

Rating + 3 Could not register the SonicWALL SOHO with Dell

When I tried to register a SonicWALL SOHO that was purchased through Newegg Dell refused to register or support the unit and stated "the SonicWALL SOHO was sold under special terms to a foreign entity that was not authorized to sell into the USA. I contacted Newegg via chat as I couldn't find a contact number to call someone, explained the situation and Newegg stated they would contact the seller on my behalf. I did not receive any messages from Newegg so I posted a review.

Once Josh from B2XGlobal found out there was an issue via the review, he tracked down the purchase, contacted me and did everything he could to provide a solution to make it right. In all of our conversations Josh was always very courteous, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with.

Josh explained that their distributor made a mistake and shipped the wrong SonicWALL SOHO to me and offered to register the unit. I explained to Josh that I did not feel comfortable as Dell stated that they would not support the product. Josh offered to exchange the unit and register it for me. Again I still did not feel comfortable as Dell stated that the End-User License Agreement for Dell SonicWALL products prohibits that practice. Josh understood and offered to issue a refund and to pay for the return freight. Upon receiving the unit Josh contacted me and issued a refund. Josh did everything he said he was going to do and always followed up.

Rating + 1 Do Not Order SonicWALL appliances from this reseller!

I ordered two SonicWALL SOHO units from Tech Commerce and both units were already registered to another company and we could not register the appliances to our end-user. Basically this vendor is selling used, registered equipment and not disclosing it to its buyers. Dell SonicWALL support could not help us and asked that we return the units to the re seller. Tech Commerce cost my company hundreds of dollars in service delays, returns and inconvenienced not only my company but my client too.

could not register firewall. Dell said it was already registered to a "foreign entity" and could not be transferred. Had to return. Very inconvenient. Checked reviews too late and found out this is not the first time this happened with Dell SonicWall equipment from this company.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
