The keyboard was DOA so requested RMA. Took several messages and calls and a bad review, but was eventually processed politely. upping from 1 star initial review.

Tried to return some headset which were bought with 2.5mm instead of 3.5mm. Was sent email saying retailer was Out of Office. All attempts to contact them unsuccessful.

Rating + 5 One of the best 3rd paty sellers ive come across

I'm giving them a 5 for a few reasons. The first being that the previous 2 times I purchased something from a 3rd party it was apparently packaged by a toddler, and the other seller sent me a completely wrong products I called them multiple tines and it took 10 days to get A hold of someone in which they said they couldn't help m,e because was over 10 days. Apologies for the novel I just wrote about how bad most of these 3rd party sellers have been, "** THESE GUYS ARE SOLID. THEY GOT MY HEADSET TO ME VERY QUICKLY AND I GOT WHAT I ORDERED"

After a bitter experience with a couple of sellers of Newegg marketplace tried buying my iPod trough Quality Photo, Im very please, payed for 1 day shipping and was shipped on the same day arrived 2 days later, new condition as expected (beleive it or not someone else tried to send me a refurbished one...''with 5 year warranty''...) overall a great experience I use Newegg a lot will look forward for Quality Photo products.

    Quality Photo If you have any questions regarding products, order delivery, returns, or any other concerns, please contact our Customer Service at the Phone number. A. Customers may return their purchases for a refund of the purchase price, within 30 days of receiving the item provided they comply with the following: 1. Customers must request an RMA #. 2. Merchandise must be in its original New condition as shipped, with all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out. 3. Returns should be packed safely by the customer, to ensure arrival in good condition, and returned to us Only Via UPS Or FEDEX with shipping prepaid. 4. Items being returned for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 5. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expense incurred in shipping the item to them.* 6. If you followed the instructions above, you may expect to receive your refund within 5 days after you return the item to us.7. if the customer returns a item with out a RMA # it may apply an additional 5% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
