Rating + 1 Pictured APC by Schnieder said APC remanufactured in description, got two different cheap no name brands

Ordered 2 RBC2 batteries. Didn't receive what was pictured or described. An APC brand battery is pictured and description says remanufactured APC which is Schnieder Electric company, instead I got two chinese branded batteries which were not even the same brand as each other and a bag of nuts and bolts. COntacted New Egg and had to wait for seller response, seller wrote an email days latter asking what was wrong even though it says it in the email. I am still waiting for their reply. I expect a refund or free return label but its taking forever. Would not buy from them again as I fee its false advertising.

Rating + 5 on time good condition

I ordered a keyboard for my wife's new Ipad in the hopes that it would at least be in good conditions but really did not have my hopes to high.
well looks like some one just opened the box and returned it cause it was in mint conditions
also delivery time was on spot actually it arrived early cause it was set for 7 days got home in about 4
so I would honestly order again from this seller any time

I can't give 5 eggs, but I also can't give one. The TV was damaged when it arrived and most likely was damaged during shipping. The seller was prompt and got my refund processed quickly. The model was no longer available so I had to go another direction.

I bought two TV's over a week ago. I got a refund into my account two days ago with no reason besides out of stock. I was slightly upset, but still had second TV coming. Now I got a notification of second TV being refunded, and when I checked the original Tracking# it was sent to OHIO. So either it was sent to the wrong place, or I was given a fake Tracking# to placate me. I would normally always buy from Newegg. I think I'll be going to Ama zon so my kids can have their Televisions.

Rating + 4 The seller was gone

The seller did a good job. They sent me the projector I ordered in a timely manner, undamaged and exactly what I ordered. (Imagine that.)
My complaint was the excessive amount of emails I got from NewEgg. I got probably 9 or 10 emails about this one purchase. Many of them were very similar, but not exact. I was worried that somehow they had doubled my order until I checked my credit card. I'm used to the receipt, thank you, and your item is shipping soon, and then actually shipped, but I got easily double the number. Weird. Annoying. And like I said before, worrisome.

    •We have a 30 Day return policy and if there does happen to be an issue, we will work with the customer to make it right!
    •Tech For Less, not the Customer, arranges for and pays all shipping costs related to authorized, defective returns.
    •For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. Tech For Less will provide a pre-paid return label for convenience but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's authorized refund. A non-defective return will be charged a 15% restock fee.
    •If a defective product was purchased from Tech For Less as Factory Sealed, Open Box, or Refurbished, the manufacturer Warranty applies. Please contact the manufacturer first for assistance.
    •If the manufacturer is unable to assist, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for shipment to our repair center. Just as is required when shipping an item to the manufacturer for warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. We will ship the repaired item back to the customer at our expense.
    •If Tech For Less cannot reproduce the reason for a defective return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless the product is shipped back to the customer at their expense.
    •Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories, and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged, or altered products and accessories.
    •Software may be returned only if the factory seal remains intact and is subject to the remainder of this policy.
    •In the event that a product received by the customer is defective and the product has been removed from the country after delivery within the USA, the customer must return the product to the ship-to address listed on the invoice, and then Tech For Less will provide a shipping return label for the return to Tech For Less. Tech For Less will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to this return. Taking a product permanently out of the USA may void the warranty. Please check with individual manufacturers for specifics and consider one of our extended warranties for added peace of mind.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
