Purchased a "1 x Canon EOS Rebel T5 EF-S 18-55mm IS II Digital Camera + 55-250mm STM Lens + 800SR SLR Bag" from them. When I received the item it was missing the 55-250mm STM Lens and 800SR SLR Bag and the camera had a huge crack in the plastic and was dusty where you attach the lens. I contacted them and they seemed willing to send the additional items. I was so wrong. I live about 20 minutes from this seller so I went into the store to try and avoid shipping and whatnot. They said they didn't have any of the items I purchased in stock, and if in 30 days they received them they would send them to me, what a lie that was. The next day they emailed me stating that "it was mistakenly labeled" and they can offer a refund and that's it. I tried to contact newegg about this problem and they couldn't help me at all. All and all, I am getting a refund for this camera and nothing else in return for the trouble they put me through. Also, their store is a used pawn shop style store.

Rating + 4 Hisense Sero8 (refurb)

Shipped reasonably quickly. Only issue that I've found so far is that the tablet is claimed to be 802.11 b/g/n, it won't connect to my local 802.11n network. Not a big deal, it won't be in the house much, and connects to my 802.11g network just fine. Price is certainly right.

I order a refurbished flip phone not expecting a whole lot. But, what I received was so impressive I hope to order again soon. The item was in perfect condition and had it up and running in 5 minutes. This seller is awesome! I highly recommend them. Thank you Tech For Less!

Rating + 5 Tech for Less rates for handling of damaged laptop

Unfortunately the Dell laptop that I ordered came with a damaged screen, although it was beautifully packed. I immediately contacted the company, and sent them a picture of the screen. With that, they checked with their techies and decided the unit had to be returned. Since they did not have another comparable laptop, I took a refund (which they credited to my account once they were notified that the laptop was picked up by FedEx). But I was very pleased with the prompt way they handled this and would have purchased another laptop had they had one similar to the one that I had originally ordered.

I would recommend to anyone. Love my blue Xbox bundle. shipping was bit slow. but I have no complaints thanks tech for less f or a great deal and great product

RMA Policy
    •We have a 30 Day return policy and if there does happen to be an issue, we will work with the customer to make it right!
    •Tech For Less, not the Customer, arranges for and pays all shipping costs related to authorized, defective returns.
    •For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. Tech For Less will provide a pre-paid return label for convenience but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the customer's authorized refund. A non-defective return will be charged a 15% restock fee.
    •If a defective product was purchased from Tech For Less as Factory Sealed, Open Box, or Refurbished, the manufacturer Warranty applies. Please contact the manufacturer first for assistance.
    •If the manufacturer is unable to assist, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for shipment to our repair center. Just as is required when shipping an item to the manufacturer for warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. We will ship the repaired item back to the customer at our expense.
    •If Tech For Less cannot reproduce the reason for a defective return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless the product is shipped back to the customer at their expense.
    •Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories, and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged, or altered products and accessories.
    •Software may be returned only if the factory seal remains intact and is subject to the remainder of this policy.
    •In the event that a product received by the customer is defective and the product has been removed from the country after delivery within the USA, the customer must return the product to the ship-to address listed on the invoice, and then Tech For Less will provide a shipping return label for the return to Tech For Less. Tech For Less will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to this return. Taking a product permanently out of the USA may void the warranty. Please check with individual manufacturers for specifics and consider one of our extended warranties for added peace of mind.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
