Standard Return Policy
•All products carry a manufacturer or 90 Day Tech For Less warranty unless specifically otherwise noted.
•Tech For Less, not the Customer, arranges for and pays all shipping costs related to authorized, defective returns.
•An RMA number must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date to return a non-defective product. Your item must be postmarked within 10 days of the shipping label being issued to be considered within the return policy.
•For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs and may be subject to a 15% restock fee. Tech For Less will provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your authorized refund.
•If a defective product was purchased from Tech For Less as Factory Sealed, Open Box, or Factory Refurbished, the greater of the manufacturer or 90 day Tech For Less Warranty applies. Please contact the manufacturer first for assistance.
•If the manufacturer is unable to assist you, your defective item can be returned within 90 days of delivery date to Tech For Less and Tech For Less will arrange for and pay the cost to ship authorized defective returns.
•If Tech For Less cannot reproduce the reason for a defective return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the product is shipped back to the customer at their expense.
•A return label will be emailed to you when the RMA is issued.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
