Standard Return Policy
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all new, non-freight items shipped within the United States; Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico included. We will ship via Best Method for the delivery location and weight of item shipped. Free Standard Shipments will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Special arrangements for delivery or Expedited shipping methods will be accommodated at the buyer's expense.
Unless otherwise noted in our listing, product will ship within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment.
Freight Shipping is calculated by product, cost, weight and delivery destination.

Please note that if you choose USPS First Class International Mail as your shipping method, you do so at your own risk. Tracking information and delivery confirmation are not available outside of the United States. We are not liable for the time the package may take to be delivered to you or if the package is lost. There will be no exceptions.
All returns must be authorized by a representative.
Buyer must contact us within 15 days after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form for any items ordered.
Only product still in the original packaging and in new condition will be accepted, unless otherwise agreed upon.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned, unless shipped or otherwise incorrect due to our error. Return shipping cost will be the buyer's expense, unless shipped or otherwise incorrect due to our error.
Any orders returned without prior authorization will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Any orders returned due to "Undeliverable Address" will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of return. Refund will be given as money back through the original payment method.
Unless otherwise noted, all of our merchandise is new and carries the manufacturer's original warranty. Merchandise lost or damaged in shipping (with the exception of USPS First Class International Mail) will be replaced at our cost. All warranty returns, refunds and/or exchanges must be authorized by a representative.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
