Rating + 1 stupid me

Gave them a second chance, unfortunately .
First order was the wrong product sent, second order just never showed up. Never thought newegg would associate with people like this. Makes me think twice about the quality of newegg. Not sure I can trust ANY of the marketplace sellers here now.

Ordered an axe sharpener and got a bit for a dremel. Either they need to get a better shipping department or they are just sending whatever they have.

Apparently, this seller just sends you whatever they have extra of because they know you won't waste the money to send it back.
Ordered a backscratcher and was sent 10 Velcro straps listed as wire organizers.
Can't send it back because the cost of postage, an envelope, and finding someone to take me to the post office (handicapped, so I can't get there myself) would be much more then the few bucks I paid.
Stay away from this place unless you have money to throw away on useless surprise packages.
