Rating + 2 3rd Party supplier surprise

Was really excited to receive my phone after the post office left me hanging. The disappointment started when I open the package and all the writing was in Chinese. After I opened the package noticed a little ding on the bottom backside of the phone which made me further inspect the phone. Along with a weird stain under the glass screen I noticed that both corners on the bottom of the screen had a scratch and a chip. --Did I get a used phone?-- My next hurdle was trying to figure out how to change the language from Chinese to English but without any manuals or quick start guide it took some time. Taking all of this into account I was wondering again if this was a used or refurbished phone. I thought I was buying a new phone but I am not sure what I got. I spent some more time trying to reset the phone and then updating everything to what it should have probably already came with. The phone is now operational but I find myself wondering what did I really get and should I keep it?

Rating + 1 BEWARE, feels more like dealing with a scammer, not seller

BEWARE, feels more like dealing with a scammer, not seller. I bought Motorola L7 Unlocked Quad band Camera Phone 11/07/13 for my wife. Phone was defective, also exploded/defective battery and nonworking charger . I sent 4 emails to Myworldphone asking to replaced it. But still no answers. 1/08/14 phone was locked 1000miles away from home and became useless. Must be the way they do business. BEWARE!

Ordered an usb bluetooth adapter, showed shipped then showed I requested an rma. I emailed to find out what was going on since I never even received the item. And never even received a response. Did get a refund. But no explanation to why. Poor customer service,

Rating + 2 Tell me when you don't have it!

I ordered Nokia Lumia 620. Couple days later the order got processed and everything seemed to be on a good track. Then I got a call from the seller trying to upsell me to Lumia 625. I responded that I'd rather have the Lumia 620 I ordered.

Fast forward two weeks. I still don't have my phone, I call the seller twice but can't hear a single word they say because of bad noise. So I send a text message, we exchange a few... and it turns out that they are about to start a refund process because they can't get the phone for me.

Really? When you don't have the phone, tell me right away. Don't let me sit and wait two weeks!!

This was the worst experience ever. You guys are a joke to outsource purchases to a company like this. They hang up on you, lie, put you on hold, require you to call 20 times a day saying they are not here, they are in meetings, they are late. I am going to file a complaint with the New York Better Business bureau. I ordered a Nokia Asha 311 Blue. I was very clear what I wanted, they sent me a Dark Grey and then played games for 11 days now and after sending the phone back have not refunded my money. I will name you out when I file Credit Card fraud with VISA as well as my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. You should be ashamed you outsource purchases to unprofessionals who do this to YOUR customers. This is not the last of what you will hear from me.

Rating + 1 Wrong Cable

Pros: Good price and shipped quickly

Cons: It's the wrong cable. I ordered the CA-42 to perform some surgery on my router that is currently bricked. The CA-42 has a PL-2303 chip in it that works nicely as a USB-to-TTLUART adapter. This cable is famous for this. Unfortunately, the cable I received is the DKU-2, which looks very similar, but is an entirely passive cable (USB-to-USB passthrough).

I chopped the cable and did the nice soldering work on my router only to find that the PL-2303 chip in the cable wasn't recognized, because it WASN'T THERE.
