Rating + 3 Merino Cool is not brownish...

As a preface, on the Essie Merino Cool nail polish I ordered - for some reason when viewing the color, I thought I was getting like a Mocha/Cappucino/gray brown color...I was a little disappointed to receive a muted, dark lavender color. So, spanks on me for not looking closer and seeing that the hue was not even the shade for which I was searching. Hasty purchase, not great results, not the seller's fault at all. The order processing was decent and shipping + arrival was average. No comparison to other orders I have made on NewEgg, this arrived at right about a week. Other orders have arrived much faster from other sellers, and a few have taken forever, so this is in the upper eschalon, but not smack in the middle with regards to rating the overall speed of product receipt. Still, I am satisfied with the seller. Hopefully we can get some Mocha colors up in this biz soon. :)

Rating + 1 Terrible Seller

Would avoid buying from this seller. Bought a 2 bay NAS from them, only to receive the broken plastic cover to the NAS and nothing else. Had to involve Newegg claim dept in order to get my money back as the seller wouldn't respond to my emails requesting a refund.

bought 4 routers and they arrived all banged up because the supplier didn't put any packaging in the box and the routers were able to move around during shipping. routers worked but as a repair shop it is hard to sell product with damaged packaging.

ordered router on 3/1 it is now 3/6 no tracking available but say's it shipped. Need for customer that I am building network for. Might as well of ordered from local Best Buy.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
