Buying from new sellers is sometimes scary. I read other reviews and decided to give IPC a shot. They nailed it. They sent what I ordered as quickly as they could. They followed up to make sure everything was the way it should be. They act like they actually care that I am a customer. I know that sounds silly, but sometimes when you order online you just become a number. It was nice to deal with a company that took 2 seconds out of their day to make sure I was taken care of. I will not hesitate to order from this company again.

I ordered a T-fal Professional 12.5 inch saute' pan (E9380864), which I thought I had a glass lid that would fit. I received a T-fal Professional 12 inch saute' (E9380874), which the glass lid will not fit. Pan cooks great. Just not what I ordered.

Rating + 2 overpriced and deceptive labeling

I bought what was labeled as a 20 Pack for considerably more than the price of a single pack. They shipped one item broken out of a multipack that wasn't intended for resale. They charged the shipping of a 20 pack over the cost also.
When I called and requested the other 19 from the 20 pack they did refund my money and return shipped the single at their cost.
Their wrong description and part number might have been a mistake but the practice of breaking a multipack to parts not labeled for resale wasn't done by mistake. Since the item would only be ordered by larger companies I suspect they expected many transactions to just get swept under the rug as too much trouble to fix.
Seller Response:The buyer wanted to receive something costing $1600 for $80 ............... A technical mistake caused the issue and the product had the part number for 1 pcs but not for the pack, therefore the price was for just 1 pcs. We applied a full refund immediately without receiving the product back. We provided a prepaid shipping label as well, we did all what was necessary in order not to cause any losses to the buyer.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
