Rating + 1 Case didn't fit T-mobile LG F3 phone

The T-mobile F3 phone has square corners on the top and rounded corners on the bottom. This case expected all corners to be rounded; therefore the phone keeps the case from snapping shut and being able to be used.

I have request a RMA from newegg, but they have ignore my request.

Rating + 1 Zero product testing?

The screen protector I bought for my Sony Xperia TL did not fit at all. None of the holes cut lined up with the phones speaker or mic ports. On the package it DID state that it was for my phone though. I suggest in the future that you do some product testing before you put the name of your business behind it. You never know if it is a good product to sell until you try it yourself. I own a business and I don't sell it unless I, or someone I trust, has used it and says it's good.

RMA Policy
    At mygadgetgarage, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to mygadgetgarage within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
