I ordered a lamp for my Sharp projector. They sent me a replacement lamp but the problem with the projector went beyond just the lamp. They responded quickly to my email and authorized a return. They were easy to work with.

Rating + 5 Projector bulb

I ordered a replacement bulb for my Epson 8350 projector from BuyNESP. I was a little nervous at first because this was not a bulb coming directly from Epson and I have heard horror stories about some of cheap bulbs that are being sold out there. This bulb was not one of them. I got 3200 hours out if it on dynamic mode and it looks just as good as the ones I've bought directly from Epson, none of which lasted more than 2500 hours. To top it off, it was significantly less expensive as well. Don't hesitate to try out their bulbs. They are very high quality. I just ordered another.

Rating + 1 Buyer beware fake lamps

I purchased a backup Sony H201 projector replacement lamp from this seller advertised as an "original OEM lamp." When I finally had to replace the lamp it did not work. After I bought a true OEM lamp from another vendor I realized that the lamp sold to me by BuyNESP was a fake bulb placed in a Sony housing. I tried to address this with the seller and was accused of trying to scam them. Unfortunately, when I realized I had been sold a fake it was outside of the return time frame. Beware of fakes form this seller.
Seller Response:This customer tried to return a lamp that was not purchased from us 1 year after his original order. The lamp we shipped was a Philips bulb inside of a housing just as advertised. Per our policy refunds are available within 30 days and that is for products that came from us which this was not.

I feel, did a blender mistake by choosing to buy a night vision through The customer service is poor and no response from the supplier on post sales
Seller Response:The binoculars ordered were shipped to India and were receieved. We never heard from the customer about any issues with the order. Maybe "supplier" means Bushnell and this review is regarding their support.

Rating + 4 Postal Service not UPS

The email information from Newegg on shipping has a tracking link that didn't work (Don't know why). When I pasted the tracking # into the UPS tracker it could not find the package. That is because it was USPS not UPS. There was no way to discern that from messages. It was in my mailbox so all was OK, it was just confusing.

RMA Policy
    All items may be returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of the sale. Any items that are considered to be defective after 30 days are covered under a product replacement warranty which is described in the item listing. RMA instructions

    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
