Rating + 5 Great Customer Service

I ordered two LED drivers for a project, should have tested them before wiring everything together but didn't. One of the drivers was not working correctly giving voltages from 0-200+ when it was supposed to be 60-90v. Newegg was unable to help me but I contacted Unique Bargains and they quickly sent out two replacements and didn't even want the other two back. Stellar service, buy from them with confidence!

Product was exactly as described - but shipping was extremely slow. I ordered this item on the 4th of August, it was marked as shipped on the 6th but the post office didn't receive it until the 12th.

Rating + 5 Good experience for me

There seems to be a lot of poor reviews for this seller, but my experience wasn't a bad one. I ordered a set of 5 plastic cable grommets for a desk I'm building. Item came in about a week (5 working days) and it was exactly has described.

Rating + 1 Wrong item received

Ordered a small 12V 50mm cooling fan, received a doomsday respirator mask. That's not even my issue. I would happily send it back for the correct item. However, here nearly 3 weeks later after I have reported the problem, no one has responded to my claim I submitted which was supposed to be at the very least acknowledged within 24 hrs / 1 business day. Never had problems using newegg in the past. This definitely knocks them down a peg or two in my books. Luckily it was only. $3-4 item. No big loss.

Rating + 2 Broken fan

It shipped and arrived quickly but the fan was broken. A wire was disconnected and will need to be soldered back on. Cheap Chinese junk. Hopefully it will work when I re-solder it. At least it was only $4.

    All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
