Rating + 4 Love it!!!

I received it on time that was estimated. The only real issue I have has NOTHING to do with The Surface 2 is a wonderful multitasking device for everyday use. It's the best for school. But! When I got it, I tried to charge it... the charger port is upside down, little error, but it works. Just like an laptop, it has a few flaws.. i.e. freezes, spazes out when too many things are open.. nothing serious. Recommend this product to everyone I know, or something similar by Microsoft.

Rating + 3 Not original box, new unit

After reading the reviews I was worried I would receive a refurbished model. I phoned and spoke with a sales rep and he assured me that the model I received would be new. He said there had been a fire in the warehouse and the company filling their orders had sent out refurbished models but they made it right. I just received my GPS, it's in a plane black and white box, not the box in the pictures.

I phoned Garmin and they said that it is New, it just doesn't look like it given the box that it's in which is unfortunate as it's a birthday present.

Not worth the minimal savings.

Rating + 1 Very poor service

If I could, I would give them 0 eggs. Just the fact that no mention of a third-party supplier was mentioned is enough to turn me off. I do not even believe this third-party supplier is in the USA. The tracking number they supplied is certainly not one of ours, and the url contains "hongkong", so what does that tell. Also, the email address for "contacting" this "Top Sales" company is some Chinese name in the first Email I received from them. The second one suddenly has an .aol Email address. I do not know who to believe anymore. I certainly will never be ordering anything from New Egg in the future.

Rating + 1 Service sucks

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and still have not received it. I had no ideas that there was a third-party shipper involved. The tracking number is useless. Last entry shows 3 days after I ordered the product. After all this, this product (expensive) better live up to it's description.

Rating + 1 Bad Retailer Experience

First, the Newegg search results didn't make it obvious enough that I was ordering from a 3rd party seller.
Second, Top Sales sent refurbished GPSs in generic Garmin packaging even though the listing gave no indication that the units would not be new from the factory. Third, their excuse was that a major fire had destroyed their inventory and so they sourced the items from another distributor. Fourth, I had to contact them yet again for a refund weeks after they received the units back under the RMA that was issued. Lastly, they twice promised to send a $10 check to cover return shipping but never did. Never again will I trust a Newegg marketplace retailer, or Newegg for that matter.

Product was advertised as new. When I received product there was dust in the bag and small scratches on the back. When I contacted Seller, they assured me product was new in several emails. I then contacted Samsung and had their representative look up the S/N, who confirmed the item was in fact refurbished. Now I am trying to obtain a refund.

Very Frustrated

Rating + 1 Terrible Customer Service

After almost 15 attempted phone calls and almost 30 emails, my order if finally being shipped a month after I ordered it when I was promised numerous times that it had been, or would be shipping the next day. The tracking numbers never worked with the link on my order summary page, and customer service absolutely refused to respond with any accurate information, or respond at all on several attempts. I sent screen shots of the tracking page with the errors and of previous emails from their customer service department telling me it had, or would ship which it never actually had. I have never had so many problems with customer service not responding or replying with vague or incorrect answers. Very frustrating process and will never order from this supplier again.

RMA Policy
    All products returned to us must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization) posted on the outside of the shipping box. All returns without a RA# will be refused by our warehouse.

    Any product which appears to have an initial defect within 30 days of delivery, may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model at no cost to you . We will pay for the shipping both ways. All defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair after our 14 day return period.

    If you wish to return a non defective product for any reason, we accept returns on unopened factory sealed products WITHOUT ANY RESTOCKING FEES also within 14 days from the date of receipt. This is open to our discretion depending on the item and situation. Any item that has been opened may be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee since we will no longer be able to resell the item as a new and unopened product.

    When restocking fee is waived a $20 processing fee may be charged to handle costs involved with your order

    Any items returned to us must meet the following guidelines.

    -All supplied accessories are included in the original factory packaging and all warranty cards must be blank
    - All items must be in original factory packaging
    -All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a RA #. To get a RA #, please contact our customer service department.


    - Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (including all refused packages).

    - items that have physical damage are non returnable

    -Items must be returned within 14 days from the date a return authorization number is issued. After this time the return authorization number will be voided.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
