Rating + 3 Great camera... unless you need flash....

The camera works just like it should but, the fact that the flash on the camera needs to charge before using it. Makes it very inconvenient when you are trying to take group pictures and someone else uses it......

Rating + 1 Disappointed

Ordered a tablet the day before Thanksgiving for Christmas. Two and a half weeks later, no item. There was a labeling error and it was returned. Apparently, it's my job to inform the manufacturer/shipper that it's supposed to get its items shipped and labeled properly. I wonder what would have happened had I not contacted? Disappointing.

    Here at DMI, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We proudly stand behind our products and offer our customers a 30 days return policy for a refund or exchange.

    1. In the rare occasion that you receive a defective or malfunctioning item, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 7 days starting from the day the package was delivered to the address on file with Amazon. It must be returned to us within 30 days of its delivery to you for this policy to apply.

    2. All returned merchandise must be in the original box with all accessories.

    7. The price of the product is refundable, shipping charges are never refundable.

    8. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

    11. Refunds are only processed to the initial payment method, no refunds what so ever on gift cards.

    12. All damaged items, dead on arrival & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.

    DMI offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
