Rating + 3 Be Very Careful

Check the review history. I ordered a laptop the evening of May 14 and it invoiced and shipped on the 15th. I received on May 18th. That's when the problem started. The laptop they sent was the complete wrong product. I sent a message for a RMA request through the Newegg site, which is how they deal with returns for Marketplace seller. I didn't receive a response for a week. I ended up finding their website and I called them on May 27. I explained the situation, they took my information, and researched the order. They stated the model I order was no longer available. The product info on their Newegg Marketplace was outdated. They would soon email the RMA approval with the return mailing label. They did exactly as stated. I returned the product on May 29 and received a full refund on Jun 2. 3 eggs because even though it was the wrong product, they did ship the next day and followed through quickly on the RMA and refund. Not as bad as others, but not good either.

Rating + 5 Sennheiser HD 700's

I see a lot of problems with this seller but personally I had no issue at all. I ordered before I saw of all of the negative feedback. Had I known I would have never used this seller. I would have rather paid an extra $50. Anyways the item arrived NEXT DAY and was in brand new condition. Very good price too.

Rating + 1 DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

They only got one star as an overall rating because I couldn't submit this with less than one star. I purchased a Go Pro camera which included a deluxe accessory package. I received a selfie stick which is missing pieces and therefore does not work, the chest strap that was sent does not go with the camera purchased, batteries were sent but they do not go to this camera, a different camera bag than was pictured was also sent. As soon as I saw this junk that they sent, I attempted to call their customer service. Apparently, their service is only open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. unil 5 p.m. EST. What a joke. I have also e-mailed this company with no reply. As this item was purchased through Newegg.com, I have reached out to them twice now as well and still have not seen results. When I purchased this item on Newegg.com I did not realize I was actually purchasing from Focus or I would not have purchased- read other reviews of this company and you will see what I mean.

Item arrived defective with half the screen usable and seller has refused to contact me about the return I requested. Item has a 90 Day warranty the seller is apparently trying to expire.

Rating + 1 First bad experience

Verification for payment failed twice, after calling and dealing with the issue extensively the same mistakes occurred again. On the third attempt they went directly to the verification team to fix it as I was told would be done the second time. Because the order went through a third party veneer there were minor issues there in regards to being unable to expedite shipping to make up for the 3-4 day delay created by the issues with their verification software/servers. When I received my order it did not match the description and/or image. I was given a second tripod, no remote, no flash, hand strap is missing a friction adapter so it can't be installed/used. The fact that the description and image didn't match the contents is disheartening and damaging in my ability to trust advertising on this site or know it will be reliable in delivering what is promised. I have done business with Newegg for about a decade now and never had any sort of issue like this until now.

Ordered and item from newegg and realized it was sold by this retailer. Contacted newegg which emailed the seller that i did not want to purchase this from here. So i requested they stop the order. They did not cancel it and they refused today to cancel it.

Rating + 1 Think twice before you buy from Focus Camera

I have ordered Sony RX100 DSC-RX100M III camera with a bundle from Focus Camera on Newegg.com, received open box or refurbished item – box was not sealed, battery empty and installed into camera already. Requested full refund and, just in case, get Newegg customer service involved. Received RMA # and an address to ship the item, but no apologies, or explanations, or offering a replacement.
Finally, get my money back minus return shipping cost – so I paid $9.30 for a lesson:
- never buy from Focus Camera
- do better home work: found the same type of camera set with muuuuuch better quality of included free items, like batteries, charger, camera case, memory card – same price, 2 days delivery

BTW, thanks and 5 eggs to Newegg customer service for backing me up – reading others reviews I was afraid Focus Camera may try to get restocking fees from me or will delay my refund.

I purchased a new item and was sent a refurbished unit. No place on the original listing did it say refurbished. They also sent a carrying case that is too small for the laptop. I'm not happy with this seller.

    This is our Computer Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Focus Camera Inc. states "This item may be returned/or a replacement or refund within 30 days only" must be returned to Focus Camera Inc. within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Focus camera Inc., and not the mere issuance of an RMA.

    A, unopened (constitutes that manufacturer’s packaging has not been opened) desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook, or tablet PC can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. No restocking fee will be charged. However, customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Focus Camera error.

    An opened desktop PC, notebook, Ultrabook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship can be returned (in new condition with original product packaging) within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price and related shipping expenses, all at Focus Camera’s sole discretion.

    USERNAME / PASSWORD Must Be Provided For All Returns: If you have a login username and password for your Desktop PC, Notebook, Ultrabook or Tablet PC, please make sure to provide the username and password for all authorized returns. Our technicians will need this for return and/or repair testing purposes.

    The following conditions do not qualify for return:

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
