Rating + 1 $300. out the window!

Purchased this chair for my headphone room and a spring snapped in less than 1 year in the bottom cushion. No warranty, no recourse to be had so I am out $300. and need to purchase a new chair.

Rating + 1 Slow and ships incomplete products.

It took me a month to get the product. They failed to install/send the safety bracket for the support on the backside when in bed mode. Run away.

On the occasion that you receive a product that you just don't like or that doesn't match your decor, our experienced customer service staff is just a phone call away and will guide you through our easy return policy.

    Standard 30 Day Return Policy - No Hassle Returns
    We have a hassle-free, low restocking fee policy (see below for exclusions). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the product or refund the cost of your purchase. However, you will be responsible for paying back for outbound shipping to you and the cost of returning the product to us. In other words, "Free Shipping" only applies if you keep your order. For items that had shipping charges, the cost of actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund or credit. Please be mindful of the following details about returns and exchanges:
    For items that shipped free, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
    Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
    An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
    Return or Exchange items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
    Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
    Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
    Return or Cancel of orders held with deposits may be charged re-stocking fee of 10-25%.
    Mattress Sets, Sheets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors are not Returnable (See "Mattress Comfort Guarantee" for more details).

    Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. If the item was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

    You need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from 1Stop MattressFurniture. before returning a product. You have up until 30 days from receipt of your order to request an RMA, although exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. In these instances, a store credit may be issued in lieu of a refund. You may obtain an RMA by contacting Customer Service by email or by telephone at 866-719-8506. Products that you wish to exchange or return must be in original factory-new condition, and must include all packaging materials, and accessories.

    If your item shipped via a truck line, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping in addition to the outbound shipping. We can help you with this process, but in most cases, your actual costs of shipping back to us will be higher than your outbound shipping. This is because we do not charge you the full amount of our actual cost for outbound shipping.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
