Standard Return Policy
1. Please contact us with your order number to obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and if approved you will receive an email with an RMA number, unless you are an Amazon customer. Amazon customer's receive a generated number through Amazon.
2. An item may be returned within 30 days (postmarked) of our shipping date.
3. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and packaging
4. NO COD's accepted.
5. *NO RETURNS accepted on Customized items - Make Sure you Make the Right Selection
6. Shipping costs are not refundable, unless a mistake was done on our end.
7. Items are refunded to the same credit card with which the order was originally placed, through paypal, or Amazon. Amazon handles all payment information. Hot Buckles is responsible for applying the refund through Amazon's Seller Central.
8. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
9. All Returns will be processed within 14 Business days of receipt to our office.
If you need an exchange we recommend placing a new order and sending the Return/Exchange products for a refund. You can do this directly through your original order by clicking on the item purchased.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
