Rating + 1 Buyer Beaware

I've order 5 items, 1 headlamp flashlight, and 4 reels of led strip lights with remote. They sent me only the headlamp, and there trying to tell me they sent all 5 items, nooooo. So check the box, a very small box only room for he headlamp. At first they try to tell me items were sent, but now after going back and forth wilt email, now there saying it wasn't sent because the items were out of stock. It's frustrating.

Rating + 3 Great service, short cable

This cable was easy to find, and arrived very quickly. The mechanics of making this purchase and taking delivery were great.The cable looks fairly beefy and it works great. USB 3.1 is a nice upgrade.

However, the cable is much shorter than the 100 centemeters ( 1 meter) in the product description. I wanted a full meter for the use I have for it. It is only 69 centimeters long fully stretched out from tip of one connector to the other.

I'll keep this one and look for a longer one somewhere else.

    CoolGadget Store offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a conditional credit back to your account, or resend the merchandise.

    By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
    Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

    Basic Criteria:
    All returns must include the following:

    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Basic Policy:
    (1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be requested within (30) days of the delivery date. 15% handling fees will be charged from the selling price and not refundable. And all original return item will have to be packed and shipped back to our warehouse location in US at buyer cost.

    (2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until all part is received.

    (3) Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. Replacements will be shipped at our expense once all original return defected item and package has been received and inspects.

    (4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the remaining of the selling price after subtract 15% handling fees will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
