Ordered item on 12/28/2014, as of 01/23/2015, item is still not received. Seller claims the item was shipped on 01/01/2015 but can't provide a tracking number. I should have read the other reviews about this seller before ordering from them. Buyer beware.

I can't understand how Electronic Depot stays in business. Unfortunately, I didn't see these reviews prior to purchasing.
There is not an acceptable reason for the shipping of a small item to take a month even coming from China. Not a recommended organization to deal with.

Rating + 1 Customers are not Valued by Electronics Depot

It has been a long while since I ordered my item and I was not provided with a valid tracking number. They have however, charged me for the item and shipping. I feel I may have been ripped off. Their typical response is "We will improve it in the future" but there has been no evidence of improvement whatsoever. This is obviously a company that is poorly managed and does not value it's customers. Do not give this seller a chance. Buy from someone else.

Rating + 1 Where's My Product?

I ordered this product close to a month ago now and have not received the desired item! I am very displeased, I ordered a new battery for my laptop on the same day and received that, but I have yet to see the xbox hard drive that I ordered. I believe that the tracking number associated with the said product was a fake in that I used that number on several different shipping websites, and not one website gave me any information. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else and strongly advise other to be cautious before ordering from a third party.
