Rating + 1 Pure disapointment

These people will never respond to their voicemails obviously since the mailbox is always FULL. They never respond to actual questions on your inquiries and its always automated. They have zero customer loyalty and takes up to a week before your product ships. You need to allow 3-5 days before your order is even processed. Will never buy from these people again.

Rating + 1 If I could negative eggs I would -10

Company most likely Chinese offering alleged USA shipping, once you place an order they create a ship tag, to pretend that they are shipping and then nothing for weeks, they fail to respond to inquires from Newegg and from the costumer. I should have read the reviews on these guys, after reading the reviews you can see I'm not the only victim, then there are reviews by alleged costumers who praise their quick shipping. Only problem is you can tell those reviews are all done by the same person as his understanding of the English language has major short comings. Do yourself a BIG favor and stay away from these guys.

Rating + 2 Green Laser

I was a dealer for NC Star. The green laser I received did not work well right out of the box. It lit up green, then dimmed, and after several battery exchanges (unnecessary, but thinking I had several bad NEW batteries), the laser quite entirely. It was never mounted, but only tested here in my shop. I sent it off to NCStar in CA at my expense and, fortunately, they shipped me a brand new replacement. This laser was defective from the get-go. Not happy about this.

Rating + 2 Good Price But Slow Shipping

Nice product and the price was good. Shipping was very slow. Ordered the item on Saturday the 23rd the seller did not even ship the item out until Friday the 29th thus the item did not arrive until today the 3rd. 11 days for shipping is unacceptable when the actual time in transit was only 3 business days. I am glad that the shipping was free at least.

Rating + 1 Not so great

The servo programmer I purchased is an established product which has not been updated for many years. The documentation says proudly 'works with Vista!'. This product required a download which, not surprisingly, had a link which did not work. I asked Hobby Warehouse for the needed file and instead I received a return authorization. Somehow I expected HW to know something about resolving this instead of just throwing its hands up in the first exchange.

    All UNOPENED Returns or Exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returns and 30 days for refunds. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees unless you received a damaged product or the wrong item was shipped and you do not want a replacement. Damaged or missing merchandise must be called in to us within 48 hours of receiving for replacement.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
