You don't receive nothing like it states below all lies. You only receive One Rig for $5.97 not 36 like it states in the AD this is false advertising.
The Hurricane Twisted Arm Double Drop Rig is for both fresh and saltwater. Packaged 36 rigs per hanger ring in poly bag with header.

Rating + 1 Not what I wanted, but got stuck with..

I originally purchased an Nvidia 760 4gb, for a killer price of around $220.00. It unfortunately had an issue and needed replaced within a month. The problem I have is that I selected "REPLACE", not "REFUND", and was given a refund anyway. So, long story short, the price on that card was no longer valid, and I had to choose a card that is slower, but acceptable. I was so thrilled about having a 760 finally.....and Newegg has taken it away. Thank you. This is in no way a slant on the AMD R9 270 that I chose instead, this is very much on NewEgg, and the failure to even explain why I was forced into a refund, not replacement.

Rating + 1 Absolutely avoid this seller !!!

Ordered a large jacket for a Christmas gift. Hobby sent a XXL ! I emailed both hobby & new egg two different times, received no response at all ! Filed RMA, still no response from either. Save your money and time ! Don't waste either with Hobby Warehouse or Newegg !!
LOL...after reading the Seller Review Guidelines I see your not allowed to say anything negative about them !! What a joke !!

Rating + 1 Worst Seller ever

Purchased items on 07/18/14 arrived damaged. asked RMA immediately, was told that i will received UPS label via email. never received anything 5 emails later and almost a month was told that label will be mail to me still nothing... Return the item at my own cost ask for refund and almost a month later still the same story will get refund 5 to 7 days.. It s been over 3 weeks still nothing.. worthless..

Seller waited over a week without charging my card so there was no way to cancel the order. "Reported a problem" to newegg (since they provided no way to cancel the order) and told them I would like to cancel. It was never acknowledged and another week later my item arrived. SURPRISE. Anyway this seller provides no communication and you have no guarantee that you will get your item in a timely manner or at all. I strongly recommend you buy somewhere else.

Rating + 4 Wrong product, good service

The rating is for their customer service, as I didn't recieve the product.

I ordered the Duratrax P3100 FlashPoint Infrared Temperature Gauge, but unfortunately was shipped a totally different product. After contacting their customer service, I received a full refund and was able to get a similar product elsewhere.

I'm not sure where the mixup occured, but it was handled quickly and professionally.

    All UNOPENED Returns or Exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of receipt. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of returns and 30 days for refunds.
