Seller sent not one, but TWO broken pieces. Both broken right in half and one wasn't even in the packaging! I sent two RMA requests and as of two weeks later, both have been ignored. Stay away from this seller! Wish I could rate a ZERO.

Can i give zero stars? good luck buying from this seller. If you get the item you paid for, make sure you do not want to return it. Once they sell it they do not want to hear from you and will do everything to ignore your requests/emails/calls. Read the reviews for the seller and see what everyone else says. The costume was good quality but we needed to return it... Seller would not respond in any form. I would suggest Newegg drop them as well but after looking at their reputation online, i think that problem will work itself out.

ORDERED THIS FOR MY SONS HALLOWEEN COSTUME 10/08/14 TOM IS HALLOWEEN AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ITEM. I CALL customer service BECAUSE THIS WAS PURCHASED THREW THEM AND THEY HAD NO WAY OF HELPING ME. I WAS GIVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT COSTUMER HUB WHICH LED ME TO A RECORDING. I LEFT A DETAILED MESSAGE LAST WEEK AND HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE. SO I HAD TO REPURCHASE ONE AT TARGET FOR $1 SO MY SONS COSTUME WOULD BE COMPLETE. IS THIS WEBSITE PROMOTING SCAMS???? ILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN. EVEN USING MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Rating + 1 Poor Product and Customer Service

I received these boots damaged from the way they were packed. I immediately called and left a voicemail and sent an email. I had to call during the week, because no one got back to me and I bought these boots specifically for Halloween. In order to get a rwplacement in tume, I needed to get them returned asap. They said they never received my emails and I was "on the list" for callback. They found my emails in their spam folder and said they have been having this issue. Ok, so qhy are they nit regularly checking the folder if they know it's an issue?? Anyway, I re-sent the email to a different addresa, as directed. 24 hrs later, they said I would be getting a UPS return label. Never got one. Emailed again...no response. Called again and said no one is responding, ni UPS label - how am I supposed to get my replacement on time?? Finally got UPS label. Asked, via email reply, if I would get new pair on time. Once again, I have never received a response. Never again!!

Rating + 2 Ordered Red Got Yellow

We ordered a red hat for Halloween costumes, but received a yellow one instead. I gave it a two because it shipped in time, but only a two because it was the wrong color. This was very disappointing and our son who needed a red had for his halloween costume now doesn't have it.

    General Refund Information:

    CostumeHUB offers a gigantic selection of costumes and costume accessories, most of which can be returned if the return is initiated within 30 days from the purchase date. All refunds will be for the cost of the merchandise only. Our return and exchange policy applies to (but is not limited to) the following situations:
    -Your item(s) doesn’t fit
    -Your event gets canceled
    -You are unhappy with your purchase for any reason

    Return & Exchange Guidelines:

    Costumes: Item(s) must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging). Costumes returned that smell like cigarette smoke, alcohol, perfume, etc. will be refused. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited – no exceptions.
    Shoes: Please make sure that your shoes fit and are comfortable before you use them. Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable. Please put the shoe box in another box when shipping, the original shoe box must be in brand new condition when received. Any return received that is missing items or without original packaging will not be credited – no exceptions.
    Wigs, Teeth, & Other Accessories: Item(s) must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.) Any return received with missing items or without original packaging or with opened packaging will not be credited – no exceptions. This includes accessories and wigs that are packaged seperately but included with the costume.

    Refunds are only issued for the cost of the merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Returns are generally processed within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) back. Please Note: During the Halloween season (October and November) this process may take up to 3 weeks. You will be sent an email once your return is processed notifying you.

    Items that are NEVER returnable or exchangeable:
    -Undergarments of any type (tights, petticoats, bloomers, etc.)
    -Socks and stockings
    -Accessories
    -Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
    -Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
    -Cosmetics
    -Any item that has been worn, used or altered in any way – no exceptions
    Exception: Above items may be returned if in unopened and factory sealed package. Products in a snap closure package or any box/bag that is not factory sealed are NOT returnable.

    Restocking fees:

    Unlike other costume websites, CostumeHUB DOES NOT charge a restocking fee for most returned items. The only times a restocking fee will be assessed is when five or more items from the same order are subsequently returned, or your return falls outside our return policy and we make an exception to accept your return (i.e., you returned your order after the return cutoff, etc.). In this case a 20% restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee calculation is:
    20% of total cost of returned items- any shipping cost = restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
