Rating + 1 Where is my package

I'm still waiting on a package that they said was shipped out, I tried to track it and i'm not getting any information. I called and emailed the seller and i didn't received a call back or a reply. I will think twice before every using this seller again. very disappointed.

Rating + 1 Where is my Ipad?

I have been waiting for an iPad and since there was no update on the transaction I called up newegg and they told me to wait. I called up the seller they didn't pick up. I e-mailed newegg they said to contact the seller which I did already and told me to wait again. I e-mailed the seller and they didn't response. First time receiving customer service from both and it is both terrible. I just want to know where is my iPad and when will I get it?

RMA Policy
    You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
