Rating + 1 Quick Ship Electronics a BAD choice

item damaged in shipping due to really bad packing practices - (unwrapped loose items floating freely in box with flat screen tv covered only by loose/thin plastic with holes in it, some of them taped with masking tape!), & then tried to make me exchange the item instead of giving me the refund i requested, and still have NOT received. This has been a total headache.

Received a defective refurbished tv from these guys,


The return process is a nightmare. I still haven't gotten a credit and my tracking info shows the tv back over there a week ago. they haven't even acknowledged they received it. Had to file a dispute with my bank.

I would not endorse buying anything here.

Any company that can send me a peice of garbage like that and then handle the return process like that should not be on NEWEGG. This is supposed to be a repuatable place to buy things. WHAT A HASSLE!!! STAY AWAY!

I haven't had any issues with the tv, so I can't comment on their customer service. But the shipping was exceptionally fast, especially for free shipping. The refurbished tv arrived in its original box, with all of the accessories, neatly packaged. If it weren't for a bit of extra tape on the box, you never would have known the tv wasn't brand new.

Great monitors and very friendly customer service. All the monitors were missing video cables and batteries But they are taking great care of the small issue.
There web site is small but dang those prices are amazing.

Rating + 4 Refurb product as described, great! Shipping carton utterly destroyed.

Summary: I am quite happy with product and it arrived in great condition, on time, and it functions as promised (70" LCD TV - Vizio, refurbished). Great!

The only critical feedback I have pertains to the condition of the box it was shipped in. While I did not expect a pristine box given that this is a refurbished unit, I am shocked it survived the journey from the warehouse. At the very least, I think it could have been taped-up better. My fist fit through the holes in the side (facing the front of the unit!). Many of the styrofoam pieces had huge cuts in them and lots of smaller pieces were leaking from the bottom of the box that was barely hanging on itself. From my perspective it looked really awful.

All that said, I do recommend the seller. Product is great and transaction completed without issue.

Return Instruction
