The order came alright, but the bowl doesn't fit on the arms right. Either the bowl is too large or the arms are too short. The rim of the stainless steel bowl hits the mixer and makes the bowl tip up on an angle. Of course it doesn't get any better when you raise the arms because the bowl is hitting where the arms are attached. Newegg has been a great place to shop and I've been buying from them for about 10 years, number 1 in my book! What do I do about this, I haven't even tried the mixer yet because the paddles aren't centered in the bowl.

Rating + 1 Not impressed with my last few interactions.

Not impressed with the last few interactions I've had with Newegg. I (representing my company) have been utilizing my AMZN and Prime Account for our last major business transactions. Newegg needs to up their game and EARN back my business if they want it. You have no idea how big this was. Your losing out on millions of dollars but I doubt anybody will even read this. Your loss suckers.

Rating + 2 Terrible Communication

This seller gave bogus tracking number, then half the time their phone number didn't work. After many calls, spoke to representative once who said they would look into it and get back to me--never called back. Called and left messages; never returned. Called Newegg who emailed seller--still nothing. Item did eventually arrive on a different tracking number, and it was within the stated arrival time so I did give the seller two stars for that reason. But this was a time sensitive item, and I didn't appreciate the headache and lack of communication and professionalism from them. I was pretty shocked it even arrived. Will not be doing business with them again.

asked for RMA, refund on second charge
get second package, it's agin the wrong item
contact again, ask for 2 RMAs and a refund, please send one correct item
received one call tag, never got reimbursed for second charge

Rating + 3 Purchase of KitchenAid stand mixer

I purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer from USA-WORLD-SALES on 12/02/13 and was provided a tracking number a couple of days later. Approximately a week later, I receive a phone call from them telling me they were out of the color that I chose, but they had the same style in a different color if I wanted it. Since this was a Christmas present, I went ahead and chose the one they had in stock. I did receive it and it works great, but overall I have concerns with a company that sells a product that they don't have. That's near bait and switch tactics.

bought a New Farouk BioSilk 1'' Flat Hair iron Ceramic Tourmaline BLUE - Did not work out of the box. Too bad I sent it to my girlfriend who is overseas and she cant return or exchange it. very disappointed.

    Customer may return any product purchased from usa-world-sales within Thirty days from day of purchase. Customer may request a replacement product, or refund prividing the item is in original condition.
    15% restocking fee will be applied to your return.
    There is absolutely no refund for car audio products ( subwoofers, Amplifiers, stereos etc...) that have been installed (if the unit is defective, we can accept for repair only). Please verify that the unit is compatible with your vehicle before ordering.
    Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances since they have already been spent. Items with free shipping will also be deducted shipping that we had paid to ship you the item in the first place. Please keep in mind that when we advertise free shipping it doesn't mean that we didn't pay for shipping and the shipping is baked into the profit margin when the item is sold.
    Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages.
    Items with manufacturer's defect:
    Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
    If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 10% processing fee applied to your return.
    Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
    Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
    Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
