Rating + 1 Defective products - unresponsive seller

My small business spent more than $200 on toner cartridges from Newegg and received defective products from Dealathon that could not be used. Both Newegg and Dealathon have been unresponsive in rectifying the situation which has dragged on for 2 months. We will not be purchasing any more products from Newegg and will certainly not recommend them to others.

Rating + 1 Shady seller

Pulled a bait and switch. Ordered a Tri color toner cartridge. Received confirmation email from Newegg with the correct item listed. Seller then changed the ad and shipped a different product. Newegg has be unresponsive in helping resolve issue. Lots of promises, but no delivery. VERY disappointed in Newegg for allowing this type of activity on their website.

Rating + 1 Expired Ink Cartridges

Ordered a yellow HP 564XL cartridge, and the one Dealathon sent had beat-up packaging and expired in 2013. Newegg should drop this seller.

Rating + 1 Caution: Expired INK cartridges

Feb 08, 2015 - Two months ago, I ordered 3 INK cartridges from Dealathon thru Newegg's website. All three arrived in the HP plastic/foil packaging (Dealathon had already removed them from the HP paperboard packaging with the HP hologram sticker and expiration date). Note: There is no expiration date on the foil packaging. Upon opening, I discovered two of the three INK cartridges to have already expired. I returned both expired INK cartridges and I have been refunded for only one INK cartridge. I have sent many emails to Dealathon (while copying Newegg) over the last two months with poor results. I'm still waiting for a refund on the returned HP 10 Black INK cartridge (C4844A).

Rating + 5 Dealathon is Great!

I tried to get tracking results on a shipment that Dealathon sent to me and there were none. When I queried Dealathon, they said the shipment was lost and they would ship another. I received the second shipment posthaste. I am very satisfied with the way Dealathon responds to a customer's request for help. I would go to Dealathon again for service.

Rating + 2 missing items initially

I ordered two print cartridges but only one arrived originally. I sent an email to the vendor and the missing cartridge was sent out soon as far as I can tell. However, I went overseas right after this and so my family couldn't print while I was away. I was trying to get this done before leaving.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
