After having to wait 3 days for my account to be "verified" (even though I seen a charge the following day, whatever) I was finally notified that my ordered shipped standard delivery 3-7 days. Here comes my issues. The tracking number could not be tracked by any delivery services, I tried 3+ places and finally tried to just Google, nothing. After the 7th business day, I even started to counted the day after they stated it was shipped and I received nothing. I was very upset and proceeded to contact the seller at which I stated all the information about tracking number not working and I still have not received my product and if I didn't hear back I was going to report them. It was a Friday afternoon(since I waited till our mail came to make sure it wasn't there) I figured I wouldn't hear back till Monday. Checked my mail on Monday and there was my product with a priority 2 day shipping label on it. I guess they didn't like my threat. Istill have not heard anything from seller.

    All UNOPENED returns (excluding livestock, corals, inverts, package deals) are subject to the following condition:

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by FreshMarine must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.

    All drygoods and aquarium supplies are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.

    Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.

    All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
    Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days under any circumstances.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
