Power supply from 3Raid's Marketplace was received DOA and returned. 5days have past since item was received by 3Raid's Marketplace and 3Raid's Marketplace has not acknowledged that they have received the return or status of refund/replacement.

Very Poor business practice!

If I could have given 0 stars I would. This reseller delivered a defective part, I have opened up a case to get a refund on this, the reseller has not responded, so I was told I had to work with newegg rma team, who tried reaching out to this seller who has not responded in over a week. So I am being told now I have to wait another 3-7 days for javascript:Biz.Review.SearchReview.addReview(true)this seller to respond. The package the part was delivered in was a cut up box and the packaging material was a joke, it was a few cut up pieces of styrofoam. So it will take a total of 2 weeks even before I can work with newegg to try to get my refund back.

Rating + 4 Would use seller again.

Item arrived well packaged. Shipped several days after other items on same invoice ordered directly from newegg shipped, however this item was ordered over a holiday weekend, so the delay I perceived may be due to the postal carrier. Definitely willing to give seller benefit of doubt in this situation, and would definitely purchase from seller again.

I have still yet to receive my order, I attempted to check the tracking but it doesnt seem to exist with any known shipping services. I may just need to take a refund on this as it has been almost 5 weeks since my order was placed.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
