I purchased a lot of 2 Lightning cables and only one was shipped.
Coast National indicated that they were sending the second cable.
It was never delivered. e-Mail and voice messages were not returned.

newegg finally made it right.

Rating + 1 SO FAR, NOT GOOD.

I ordered a lightning cable with the title "1 x Lot2 New Original Apple iPad Mini iPad 4 iPod Touch 5G 7G High Quality Lightning USB Data Cable Charger" and in the picture there is even an indication of "x2" meaning qty of 2. I only received one. Have sent an email to them twice now with no contact received. very disappointed in this and that New Egg seems to be turning into the new Amzn, just letting any vendor sell from their site..

Never shipped speakers, never sent replacement or refund. Horrible seller, since after 20 email kept leading me on that they where going to take care of this since 12/18/13. Buyers BEWARE!!!

This seller doesn't answer the phone. Does not resolve issues in a timely manner. I have not received my product and it has been 17 days since I ordered it. Do not buy from Coast National Sales.

Rating + 1 Wrong Item, No Return Yet

Ordered one item, got another. Contacted the company through the Newegg email system, per Newegg policy, and they seemed agreeable to an exchange if I mailed the item back. Never mentioned paying for shipping on their mistake, so I asked for a shipping label. Also seemed agreeable to this but the company has been unable to send the label. Both an attachment & a link were stripped by the Newegg system. Contacted them to let them know about the block. Have not been contacted back in 4 business days. Also have not gotten a label emailed to the external email address I gave them.Total time in correspondence so far: 6 business days.

So the headphones were shipped in great time but after only about a week (maybe 5 uses) the left ear speaker blew out already. very disappointing because the headphones had good quality sound.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
