I purchased a BitFenix Spectre LED White 230mm Case Fan but never received my item. I can't even track my order. Seems that this retailer is very unprofessional based on recent reviews. They will be getting a nasty call soon.

Rating + 1 Horrible all the way around

I would NOT recommend this seller to anyone, Newegg looks bad for using them.
Promised 1 day shipping, charged 3x's the cost of the product for it, then does not ship for 1 day arrival.
I tried to cancel my order and was told it shipped and I could not, then was told shipping refund not an option
because the "1 day shipping" they offer was AFTER 3-5 business days!!!!!

Received partial refund and was told material shipped by Newegg, THEN I get email from seller saying "sorry, we will cancel your order. "
I thought, cool... they goofed, no harm no foul, they canceled the order...

13 days from date of order, NO material received and I am being charged on my credit card for the order!!

My office STOPPED due to the no "next day" shipping....
I had to source locally and pay extra charges...
and these people still tried to charge me!!

NEVER USE Seller!!!!

My company was looking to purchase 2 Dymo Rhino 5200 Label Maker Hard Case Kits from Newegg. We found a price of around $47.00 and some change on the Newegg website the Friday before Memorial Day. Due to their being "Holiday Sale" advertisements all over, we felt we were getting a special deal on this. This was NOT the case. The Kits advertised were sold by a company named M-wave. M-wave sent us 2 boxes of yellow FILE FOLDERS. After not receiving our order as expected, we then reached out to Newegg who quickly placed the blame on M-wave. We then contacted M-wave, who told us it was Neweggs fault, due to a "skew error" when they post to Newegg and that "They do not and have not carried this item ever", yet it was STILL being advertised on by their company. When Newegg and M-wave found out about the mistake they quickly tried to hide it on the back page of the listings, but did not take it down for over 24 hours. To make matters even worse, we then found on M-waves website the Dymo Rhino 5200 label maker kit FOR SALE!!!! This company is the worst out there and Newegg has done nothing to make anything right with my company, nor has M-wave. Bad customer service, bad business, just poorly handled all around and nobody will own up to the mistake. Better Business Bureau investigations need to be had on this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Rating + 1 Do Not Purchase From this Seller (BUYER BEWARE) !!!!!

Ordered a New Zmodo Security System and Rec'd it without the Hard Drive- Case was all scratched up and missing screws - When emailed the seller they sited a Listing error that the system did not come with a hard Drive - However 3 weeks prior ordered the very same system from them and it had a Hard Drive- Cannot contact them - Check BBB before purchasing from them

Lamp only lasted 2 weeks before I started to have issues with it. Would never buy again, I'm better off paying $160 from a dealer and I know the lamp will last for 3 years. Lesson learned

Sent wrong item, got ripped off, never again. Bait and switch tactics, I ordered a wireless keyboard and got a box of rubber gloves instead, useless to me. Item was advertised is a keyboard, even the picture of the keyboard is present, but I was wondering why the picture of the box of gloves was there, no description for it, but that is what they sent me instead. I am outraged. I have ordered from the site for years without this kind of problem. Seller will not respond to my attempts to contact, I need a refund now and will never get it.

Ordered 3 of the same projector lamps, and received 3 different ones. Received an email stating a return shipping label was attached, there was no attachment. Replied letting them know this, haven't received a response since...that was 2 days ago..

Rating + 2 Lacking in customer service.

Waited 10 days to receive wrong product. Promised 2 day shipping on right product as soon as UPS confirmed that I had shipped the wrong product back. Dropped wrong product off a UPS next day. Waited 10 more days before right product showed up. Never received any tracking information. Customer service could have saved the day, but they didn't seem to care about my future business, so I have no choice but to give it to someone else.

    LCD Monitor Dead Pixel Policy
    There must be a minimum of 7 dead pixels to classify an LCD display as defective and be eligible for return.
    However, to take advantage of's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with's Product Return Procedure a set forth below. Any breach of's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of's replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

    Product Return Procedure:

    To return a product based upon's replacement/return guarantee, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
    Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
