Rating + 2 Lacking in customer service.

Waited 10 days to receive wrong product. Promised 2 day shipping on right product as soon as UPS confirmed that I had shipped the wrong product back. Dropped wrong product off a UPS next day. Waited 10 more days before right product showed up. Never received any tracking information. Customer service could have saved the day, but they didn't seem to care about my future business, so I have no choice but to give it to someone else.

Rating + 1 Sent wrong part

They sent the wrong item which was fine, it happens. What they sent was BL-FP180B lamp for projector, what i ordered was WD-60C9 lamp for T.V.. They refused to admit they messed up telling me i would have to pay to send it back, though it was their mistake not mine. After wasting a hour on the phone with them they finally said they would send me a shipping label to send it back. They never did, still waiting for them to care about their customers. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Rating + 1 Avoid this company at all costs.

Comments: Bought a replacement lamp for our Mitsubishi projector. Thing died 1 week outside of the 150 day warranty. No where near the 1500 hours one would expect the bulb to run. Died with no warning. Got nothing but a big blow off from the seller.

Rating + 5 Original TV Lamp for Mitsubishi WD-60C8 with Housing, Philips / Osram Bulb Inside, 150 Days Warranty.

I saw a couple of bad reviews... so I thought that I would give my experience with this company. I purchased a Original TV Lamp for Mitsubishi WD-60C8 with Housing, Philips / Osram Bulb Inside, 150 Days Warranty. This is a older TV that I gave to a neighbor. I ordered the bulb on NewEgg. Product arrived in 5 days via UPS. I un-boxed. I installed. Everything worked perfectly. This is the way internet transactions are supposed to work. No complaints and I would buy from this company again based upon my purchasing experience.

Rating + 1 Bad Lamp

I would give zero stars if possible. The lamp wasn't wired right. After trying to get it into the projector, it shorted it out and ruined the projector. Trying to get some satisfaction, but only being forced to jump thru hoops. I have given new egg thousands in business the last couple of years. No more.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Bulk Items

    Computer Systems assembled by mwave, carry their own individual manufacturer warranties after 30 days.

    LCD Monitor Dead Pixel Policy
    There must be a minimum of 7 dead pixels to classify an LCD display as defective and be eligible for return.
    However, to take advantage of's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with's Product Return Procedure a set forth below. Any breach of's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of's replacement/return guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

    Product Return Procedure:

    To return a product based upon's replacement/return guarantee, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
    Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, un-altered (unworn, if applicable) and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
