Ordered Amzn Fire Phone to gift to my dad. It was labeled as a refurb. Upon arrival I instantly noticed the scruffs where it was dropped and a scratch on the back. I then realized that the sim card tray was missing, which is now going to cost me an extra $25. Thanks A-holes.

Rating + 1 "Bad Guys"

Horrible service. All dropped calls on my Galaxy SIII.They sold me a phone out of warranty and was expired well a year before my purchase date. I confirmed this with Samsung. They don't want to give me back my money This is FRAUD!!

They had the nerve to remove the "UNLOCKED" from the title description, but guess what?! I I kept the records!

I ordered a phone from these guys on a Saturday, and it took until the next Wednesday before it arrived. That's around 10 days. During this time, I had my friend go to mexico, hang out for a week, and come back. My phone didn't get to me as fast as someone goes to and fro ****ing Mexico. I called these guys 3 times, and the first time he said he'd call me back (obviously never did), second he said he'd transfer me, and he did. To voicemail. The third time. I had to call extremely angry for him to ship the package out that night. Which he claimed he already did Would not recommend this seller to anyone, aside from the horrendous customer service, they are very lazy on shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM GOODGUYSELECTRONICS

Rating + 1 nauseating, just nauseating

Selling items with limited functionality (Galaxy S5,ATT, Unlocked) and expect me to pay for restocking and return shipping. Will NOT reply to complaints filed with Newegg and Newegg is not any better than these guys to resolve the issue. Item not as described. limited functionality, will not connect to T-Mobile Hot-Spot.

Already opened a dispute case with my CC company next, contacting my state and California Office of the Attorney General.

    Item must be returned complete, with all original contents, and original packaging undamaged. Item must be free from physical or liquid damage.
