Rating + 3 what can happen to a controller?

Mailed by usps, 3 days late, not sellers fault. But the controllers left bumper didn't work. First time I've had one that didn't work right.

The phone I ordered came in just fine, however it had power issues. With one email I was able to receive a replacement in good time. everything came in as advertised, was not given the run around for a replacement. I would buy again from them.

I highly recommend this seller: Phone came before promised, in outstanding, like brand new condition. I would never know this was a refurbished phone! Charged the battery, put the SIm and SD card in from my old phone (Note 4) and as soon a i turned it on it was activated. I just had to sign into my accounts to restore everything.

They apparently lost the order and only realized this after I called in...and I expected to receive it rather early since I have 2 day shipping through shoprunner yet it has been 8 days and I am still waiting on the product.

I got a locked phone, in your site says unlocked phone, I sent a e-mail two weeks ago and not answer yet to solve my problem.

Rating + 1 "Good Guys" not really such good guys.

Received my phone - excellent phone, excellent price - however the item listing included a set of headphones which I never received. "Good Guys" never responded to contact emails from either myself or Newegg. It's a shame they basically have NO customer service as a positive 5 egg review is now 1egg (would put 0 egg if available) because they ignored both my request and Neweggs contact for what are probably no more than a $5-10 set of headphones. I would also give Newegg 0 egg if I could as I notice that "Good Guys" are still selling on their site? Shows me that Newegg finds this behavior from their sellers acceptable.
