I bought a lap top 2 months ago and it failed.
This company sells products which are not properly refurbished. I can not get refund either, I will never buy from Newegg again

Rating + 4 Basic box only

The box came with a bad hard drive. The company was very prompt in supplying an RMA and covering shipping. The new machine was delivered within 5 days of shipping bad machine back. So far new box is OK. For less then $100, this company has done this right. I would have no problem purchasing more expensive systems knowing any problems are quickly resolved. The fifth star - there are no 10's.

Rating + 4 Got it Right In the End

I am rating 4 starts because I received my order quickly and the laptop was what I ordered but it came with the wrong battery. Issue was resolved with a simple email but obviously there was a little inconvenience. I would order again since they stood behind making sure I got what I paid for.

Rating + 2 "Trademark Computing"

Laptop was shipped with the wrong OS. It was 18 days after ordering before I got the correct laptop/OS combination in my hands. Company representative, Samuel, tried hard to get the problem fixed asap but he is in AZ and the company, in Indianapolis, IN failed to follow up in a timely manner. The current laptop appears to be functioning well, but do not order products from "Trademark Computer"/ Cloudblue (The Trademark Computer obfuscation making me wonder why they do not want you to be able to contact them directly) if speed is a requirement of your needs. Other reviews indicate this OS mix up is not a one time occurrence. In my case, this mistake and delay (in Indianapolis) in fixing it were a serious issue for me, and irreparable. They are lucky to have Sam or I would have demanded a refund and this sale would have been lost.

Rating + 5 Great Seller. Stands behind Product!

They stand behind their products. I ordered 2 laptops, but unfortunately one did nor perform as advertised. I requested an RMA. They did not have a replacement laptop that they could ship me. I returned the one defective unit and they refunded me the same day that they received the faulty laptop back. They also paid for return shipping. Very prompt and very courteous. The laptop that did work properly continues to perform without issue. Thanks a bunch!

Bought the PC and it was NOT stated in the materials presented that the item was Refurbished. Did not know until I opened the box and pulled the PC out and saw the Refurbished Windows Key.

Rating + 5 Great deal! and great seller!!

Looked new, worked well, but only 1 Gb RAM included (instead of 2). Through Newegg, emailed Sam Urso who immediately replied and authorized UPS delivery of missing RAM module. After installation, freely and smoothly upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. Fine seller, unit refurbished like-new (even inside)! Definitely would use as a PC source in the future:highly satisfied by customer service response!!!

I placed an order for a computer, the seller processed the order, charged my card, and I got shipping notifications on the order. A week later I still could not track my package so I contacted Newegg, who contacted the seller. The seller said that due to a technical glitch I was charged and sent shipping info, however, there were not enough units and my order should have been canceled. I said this was unacceptable as I was waiting on the unit. They did offer me a $15 credit on my credit card, but that is a waste of time for me as I am still without my product.

This seller is completely unreliable, will tell you that your order has been placed, charge your card, and then it will be up to you to determine whether or not they have actually shipped your product. All of this due to a "technical glitch". More like a scam glitch.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
