I ordered a refurbished laptop from the seller and the one I received would not charge the battery. Seller was very helpful and sent out a replacement battery with no problems.

New machine in an unopened box and at a great price point on a sale, normally runs hundreds more. Seller was a bit slow to ship, but otherwise flawless transaction. Thanks so much.

Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service

We purchased a Dell notebook. An error message states "No Boot Devise located" with a black screen. I called yesterday and left a message. No return call by 1:30pm. I know they close at 5pm so I called again today...the same number tells me to call a different number if I purchased through newegg. I did so and left another message...it is now 10 mins before 5 and STILL NOT CALL BACK. I also sent an email to the address they listed on the message. NO RESPONSE. So, beyond aggravated at this point.

Rating + 1 set too many shipping restrictions

this was supposed to be a birthday gift and the fedex people only deliver 12 noon. seller set so many restrictions on this package where by we may not ask to deliver it at an hour where we are home nor can we ask that it be delivered to our work place. in addition to that fedex never left a "door tag" as is a requirement when a delivery can not be made. All in all it has beeen a very bad experience. Seller should rethink shipping fedex. ups or usps should be the way to go. had he gone with either. we would have had the package yesterday.

Rating + 1 Missing Software Activation Key

Good price for refurbed laptop. Fast shipping, properly packaged, and clean asthetics. Came preloaded with Windows 7. Two major problems with this purchase: First, the laptops cover would not lay flush when closed, a refurb oversight. Second, the laptop was shipped without a product key to activate Windows 7. Deal breaker.

Rating + 2 Shipped with wrong OS from site description

Their site had listed refurbed Dell D620's laptops with Win7Pro x64 so we ordered (16) units. The units arrived in 16 individual boxes with Win7Home which we have no use for at my work.

They had us open every box and boot up units to verify Win7 Home was indeed installed; then repack, tape on printed shipping labels, and ship back which was a major pain.

Only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because once we confirmed they had Win7 Home on all of the units, they were very apologetic and refunded us the money promptly after receiving the returned items.

Rating + 1 Refurbished: HP Elitebook 8440P - Core i5 - 2.4 - 4GB - 160GB - DVD - 7 Home Premium

I actually tried to return this item it was so beat up. The seller responded *one* time, and then never again, so I am stuck it with. When it showed up Windows needed to be activated and it failed. Had to sit on the phone with Microsoft to get it activated, and then three hours of updates. Never again will I buy from this seller.
