Rating + 1 Wrong Product Photo vs Description

There was a discrepancy between the online product photo and the description. We ordered based on the description, not the photo. Of course, we got the wrong product. To fix the order, ship it back at my expense. No thanks. How about verifying that your photos match the descriptions. I'll never buy from them again.

I paid $15 for 2 days shipping however they sent me the item using regular shipping which took a week. On contacting Newegg Customer service i received no help and they asked me to contact the seller for any problems / issues either with the product or shipping. On calling the seller multiple times, the calls goes on voice mail. I highly discourage anyone thinking of buying from this seller. Very disappointed.

Purchased a watch for a birthday present. Ordered on Wednesday and paid for 2 day shipping, it is now scheduled to arrived on Monday, a day after her birthday. Poor performance from New Egg and Plain Paper Box.

    You can return most items sold by Style Unlimited within 15 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply follow the steps below:
    1. Email to receive a return authorization number.
    2. Fill out the form on the back of this sheet.
    3. Ship item and this completed form to address on the left.
    In order to ensure a reasonable receipt time, Style Unlimited requires that all returns be shipped within 15 days of the original ship date and be shipped using a service that will ensure arrival at our facility within 30 days of when we originally shipped the item to you. Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive your item to process the return.
    For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent by a traceable carrier. Return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering are not covered under our return policy. Style Unlimited will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments. Shipping premiums paid for expedited shipping cannot be refunded.
    All return shipments for damaged/defective items must be pre-approved through our returns department. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the return shipping fee if applicable. We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
    No item is eligible for return unless it is in the original condition in which it was sent. This means no signs of wear, all original packaging, paperwork and hangtags included and in new condition. We will not accept any returns for items that do not fit this criteria. Such returns will be rejected and the customer will bear responsibility for claiming the item(s) from our warehouse.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
