Rating + 1 AVOID

I thought I would be different and not listen to the negative reviews. All true - sent defective item, unresponsive - no communication. Not worth buying from. Avoid this seller and get items from a reliable one. I would imagine this seller will disappear anyway but take all the negative comments as gospel and look elsewhere.

Rating + 1 selling fake product and never relies your question

This seller apparently is selling fake electronic replicate products and he never responded to my questions, inquires. I mailed the product back to him to get refunds, but he just took it without processing refunds, I have to call new egg customer service to continue processing my refunds.

Ordered a few products from this seller and never recieved any information that I needed or what any customer needs to feel secure about buying from A seller. Did not recieve any notices about when my payment was taken from my account, when they sent product and was not given any tracking information to know when i would recieve the products. DO NOT ORDER from this seller unless you are comfortable about not knowing any information about your purchases.

Ordered product, never showed up, called and left numerous messages, no return of call. DO NOT do business with these people. Newegg acts as if they are not responsible and want you to contact seller. I ended up cancelling with Newegg after 1 month and no product

My order did not arrive as expected. It was not the quality or brand of the product I expected and I paid for four, but only received two. However, Blitz Deals responded quickly and gave me a complete refund, and even refunded me before I returned the items. I would order from them again just because of the good customer service! (I'll just be more careful in placing my order).

Rating + 2 Shipping takes forever

In a trend I see more and more in the newegg marketplace, free shipping of cheap items from china that list as 5-15days to ship.

Sounds decent when not in a rush.

If comparing this seller and ones like them to other options that are slightly more expensive like maybe directly from newegg, I will be going with a faster option as opposed to the cheaper one because it takes closer to 30days to get the shipment if you get it at all.

I order a case for my wife on 1/24 and nothing, emailed them a week later, nothing and if you call their number you can ONLY leave a VM… my opinion… find another seller!!!

Correct shipping info was never included with my orders. When I contacted the seller, they sent me a USPS tracker that ended up going to the opposite side of the country. Very disappointed.
