No where did it say refurbished. Called the seller and no one will answer. This is the second time I have been burned by 3rd party sellers on Newegg.

I ordered an NEC MultiSync 1570 Monitor. They sent a very dirty 1560 monitor with some sort of gross goo on the vents of the monitor. Very gross and unprofessional.

This is the last time,l purchase anything for you guys.I never got my laptop,because fedex delivered it to the wrong address and signed by a person named M Mayo.Then my claim gets denied, because the laptop was delivered. And I'm sure it was ,but to the wrong address, cuz I was home all day,just to receive the laptop.

Rating + 1 wrong monitor

The sent me the wrong monitor-one of lesser value. Returning it was pretty much a pain in the neck.
When I returned it they were very slow in responding. Six days after I knew it had arrived (using package tracking) , they still hadn't acknowledged it. I queried them (with a copy to NewEgg) and then started getting responses quickly. The refund has now been received.

Rating + 1 Avoid If Possible

I bought a refurbished laptop thru Newegg from this company. The laptop arrived and had issues with the fan occasionally not working properly forcing the laptop to not boot. After numerous unsuccessful attempts with Newegg and the company they supposedly contracted to provide extended warranty service to get the fan fixed, I gave up. Six months later, the hard drive completely stopped working and the laptop will no longer boot. For the last six months I have tried unsuccessfully once more to get this item fixed. Now the warranty I purchased to cover this situation has expired - without ever being honored. Now I am forced to spend even more money to take legal actions just for a simple fix. The company sold junk and refused to honor the sales contract that was made. Avoid anything sold by them at all costs.

Rating + 5 HP DC7700 Desktop Computer

US Micro Corp has some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. I bought 3 used/refurbished HP DC7700 Desktop Computers from US Micro Corp. Shipping was fast and they were very well packaged and included all the pieces, including product numbers for windows 7 installations. Two of the computers had no issues. The third one would start but was acting up due to dead CMOS battery. I emailed US Corp explaining the issue. Aaron from Tech Support emailed me right back and offered to send me new batteries, and if it didn't solve the problem a replacement computer. Unfortunately the new battery did not resolve the issue. Aaron immediately issued an RMA, and they even paid for return shipping as well as shipping costs for the replacement computer. For what I had paid for the computers I really did not anticipate this level of service but Aaron treated me as if I had spent 1,000's. I will for sure buy from US Micro Corp again!

Computer mouse was broken and seller sent a new one in just 48 hours. PC works great. Installed Linux Mint on it.

RMA Policy
    US Micro Corp provides a 60 day limited warranty on all products we sell, unless otherwise noted on original description of product. This warranty includes any hardware defects and EXCLUDES any software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. In addition we do not test laptop batteries therefore battery life will not be covered by any warranty unless otherwise noted on original description of product. The warranty date will start from the time your item has been invoiced. We will offer refunds only within the first 30 days of receipt. Under no circumstance will the original shipping charges be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you choose to return your item instead of using your warranty for repair or replacement you may be subject to a restocking fee. Any buyer remorse returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
