Rating + 4 Took longer than expected

Okay, so I knew going into this that it was going to take a while in shipping, but it was longer than what I was told at the product listing. I wasn't in a rush for this item, but it would have been nice to have shipping information so I had some kind of idea what was going on. I was ripped off once by someone in China who sells cigarettes online, so I have a tendency to get a bit suspicious when I don't get shipping information on something.

That being said, there was a problem with the item I ordered, and the vendor was respectful and handled the problem without incident. I am satisfied with that.

I had an order from them which took over a month to arrive. They sent me a tracking number when it shipped, but the tracking information was never updated. Good product, but communication could be improved.

Rating + 1 I join to the club

I ordered a month ago. I'm lucky to have a tracking number, but what for? The last movement was in China 3 weeks ago. After complaining, they asked me to be patient for one more month. They blamed the recent fire at the Illinois State Federal Aviation Administration.
Is there anyone who received his/her package in the last one month?
I will update my review If my item finally arrives.

Product ordered 1 month ago. Have received no email with actual shipping tracking information. Have not received product ordered. Clicking on the TRACKING NUMBER from the Newegg Order History tells me the product shipped by not with who or any status. Not much else to say.

Rating + 1 Horrible, unusable product

I ordered a USB hub, it took 29 days to get to me, then didn't include a power adapter and has NEVER worked at all. Then I was told I'm not eligible for refund or return, presumably because my request came outside the advertised 30 day return/refund "window", even though I had requested the return within 48 hours of having possession of the product. Any attempts to resolve the problem through has failed, so it appears I am out all money paid. I do admit the USB cable works, so at least I have that, but the USB Hub does not work. There are plenty of other sellers on the marketplace, so my advice is to use any one of them as any of them would be better than the experience I have had thus far. By the way, I would give this an overall rating of 0 "eggs", but that wasn't an available option!

Ordered on 10/8/14, it's now 10/24/14, didn't read the fine print. I expected it in 5 -15 days, so I guess it must be lost at sea... At this point, I would rate it 0 eggs, but that's not an option.
