US/Missing Adapter

Rating + 3 Issue's with Shipping

I am not the type of person to make waves about an issue. However, I recently purchased a product and when I received the item it did not come w/ the appropriate electrical adapter. I live in the US and apparently the item I purchased is made for use in Europe. To me that's not a big deal, but my issue is since the product is coming from overseas. I had to wait about 2wks to get the product. So when I emailed the seller about the problem, their response was; "oh the shipper forgot to add the adapter".
After several email transmissions I now I have to wait another 2wks or so to actually use my product. Because they are shipping their stand form. I would've expected it be expedited. Which it was not. I wish this information was indicated on the item at the time of purchase. Or perhaps have a feature added that selects the country of purchase.

I bought this for my mother-in-law so that her wireless signal could reach the garage. This item was very easy install and setup.

Rating + 1 Audio capture does not work

The device captured video but not audio. I fiddled with all the audio options and was not able to get the audio to capture.
