Rating + 4 Confusion on the shipping

There was a delay on 3-5 day shipping, which the seller refunded my shipping. The product delivered is amazing, very happy with the end result.

I ordered 2 monitors but only recieved 1 of them. I yave tried to get in contact with the seller myself and through Newegg Customer Service without success. I will never again purchase an item from Neofeel and encourage others to purchase items from other sellers instead, least you risk the same happening to you.

Rating + 1 Monitor issues Crossover 404K UHD

I had issues with a montior I bought from them a month and a half after buying it.

Customer support was very eager to help at first and was very communicative. I know there are some language barrier problems in my plight... But eventually they just stopped responding.

I bought a 40" 4k monitor and it is (was) gorgeous. After a month and a half all of the buttons simply stopped working. I contacted their support prior to putting a rating on here, and they seemed very happy to help. After a few days of back and forth they stopped responding.

For some reason or another simply unplugging it and plugging it back in fixed the power switch (and others). But I was afraid to do that as I didn't want to lose my main monitor while looking for a new one. And I am waiting for something worse to happen.

Just a warning.

I paid for 3-5 day shipping, but after 11 days my item finally arrived. All while not getting any response from the seller the entire time. 0/8 m8 wont buy from again.

Rating + 5 Crossover 2795qhd

Monitor arrived in 3 business days to the state and was in perfect condition. No dead pixels and very little backlight bleed. OC'ed the monitor to 96Hz no problem. Great seller and great product.

Rating + 5 Crossover Monitor Saga

They sent me the wrong monitor, a 32" instead 27" but I did;t care for the upgrade due to the TF panel and low resolution. They swapped with a 27" IPS as the original order. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to get this right and I am very thankful. Great BUSINESS guys.

The monitor shipped to me did not have speaker as described and no instructions in English. I emailed the seller on 12/19, he finally replied on 12/26. On 1/2/2015 I received an RMA. Today 1/26 I finally received my refund for the monitor, but not the freight. I would not purchase from this seller. It looks like he removed speakers from the specs, but if you have a problem buyer beware!!

    Neofeel International offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

    By placing an order, you agree to the following policies:
    Your return must meet the following criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

    Basic Criteria:
    All returns must include the following:
    * Original Condition
    * All accessories
    * Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
    * Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from site or customer service for the correct product and not yet expired

    Basic Policy
    Check the Special Returns Policy below to see if it applies to your return. If not, then the following Basic Returns Policy applies:

    (1) An RMA number included Damaged/DOA/Defective shipments must be requested to neofeelinternational@gmail.com within (30) days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Neofeel International will refund the amount of sale.

    (2) All returns with missing part (including, but not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials) will not be processed until the part is received.

    (3) Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item is defective/ damaged. Replacements will be shipped at our expense unless item is defective/ damaged.

    (4) Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in strict conformance with the basic criteria and basic returns policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.

    (5) Refund will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Newegg will refund back to your method of payment.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
