Standard Return Policy
All products are covered with 30-day refund guarantee. After 30 days products are not qualified for refund. Most products have 1 year replacement warranty from the purchase date if the returned battery is in resalable condition.
Shipping cost will not be refunded. And customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee for most returns.
Misfunctional products due to misuse and damage are not covered by the warranty and 30 day refund guarantee.
In addition, all laptop battery returns must include:
-Laptop Battery 1 sticker on product with serial number
-All original boxes and packing materials provided by manufacturer
-Contain the original UPC codes if available
-All manufacturer documentation
If any return shipment does not contain all of these items or if the item is damaged, your exchange or return request may be denied.
All defective laptop batteries can be returned within 30 days of ship date for an exchange or refund. For exchanges, your warranty period will start on the ship date of the exchange battery. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. WALES will cover the cost to ship the exchange product via Standard Shipping. Any requests for expedited shipping will be paid for by the customer. For refund requests, a refund for the full purchase price of the item will be issued if the product is returned in all original packaging. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that came with free shipping, a $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit.
All non-defective products can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer. All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 15% processing fee. This amount will be deducted from your credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
If your product arrives damaged, save everything that arrived and contact the WALES customer service department immediately to begin the process of an exchange.
Please contact with us before return and ship back the product in original package, including the box, instruction, shipping slip, etc. Please write the reason for the return on the shipping slip.
Upon receiving the return we will process the refund or ship the replacement quickly. We strive to provide high quality customer service.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
