I am on the phone with NewEgg customer service right now. I was calling to see what info I could find about my item (Nintendo DS charger), since the sellers are slow as hell. I should have read reviews before ordering from OEM 4 Less. I was trying to find out why I got an email with the tracking #, but nothing ever showed up. It's been over a week. I contacted the seller to ask, firstly, who is handling it. UPS, USPS. And I got "USPS" as a reply. Not even a professional reply, just that. Through out a week, I kept checking the tracking updates, no information what-so-ever, just a constant "invalid". Customer Service told me that they JUST sent the item in the mail either yesterday or today. This is a load of crud...when I get an email with tracking info, I expect the item to be in the mail that day, not a week later. I stated I wanted a refund (before I was told that the item had been shipped). I was told that I would get the refund and to keep the item. Thank you to New Egg Customer service but shame on you OEM 4 Less. Focus on your professionalism and business practices and customer support and giving a care. COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS! And, if I were you, I'd bump that suggestion to high priority before you become known as a rotten business to order from.

I placed an order. 5 minutes later I realized it was going to an old work address from couple of years ago. Called custormer service and he said he would cancel it. Well It never was, lost my order and still charged for the product.

I Want My Money Back

Rating + 1 Money down the drain...

I ordered 3 chargers with a shipping time of 5-10 days. The next day I got an email saying they'd been shipped, but USPS showed they had only created a label. I received no other updates from the Seller. 22 day later they finally arrived. I didn't have an immediate use for all 3 so I didn't check them all at once, but a few days later I discovered that one of the chargers did not work (the other 2 identical ones worked fine). I tried to initiate a replacement request online but it kept saying that it was not eligible. I tried to find contact info for the Seller but was unsuccessful. I contacted newegg directly and they said that the the items were over 30 days so I couldn't return or get a replacement. I had them contact the Seller directly because I had only had the item for a few days. A month later Seller has not responded in any way to me or newegg to make good the defective product they sold me. They continue to refuse replacement. They took my money and I got nothing for it.

Rating + 5 Replacement Battery A-ok!

Battery exactly as seller described, & matches my old one - from the graphics on 1 side to the Nokia imprint on the other. Charged completely from the start, & continues to hold a charge & function exactly as my original battery did. Mail packaging was enough without being excessive/wasteful, & shipping was just fine, especially for free (arrived within 7 days).

Rating + 1 bad communication

Even though Newegg contacted the seller of this product telling them to cancel, they still shipped it , iknowing the shipping address was incorrect. I am sorry to say this will be the last product I order through Newegg if it is not shipped directly from Newegg warehouse, and not a second vendor.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money, or exchange it for another item, no questions asked. RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
