Rating + 4 What do you Expect for just $3.99??

I have absolutely nothing against the seller whatsoever, JUST TO BE 100%CLEAR..!! However a USB MINI WI-FI ANTENNA ON SALE FOR ONLY $3.99?? I Couldn't past it ip. Well the old saying os true, "You get what you Pay for"
I am even now, unable to try it out as the DRIVER CD They sent with it is a real joke....To this day I'm still not able to locate a small DRIVER To get this item to work!! Since it was so cheap, I never bothered anyone at Newegg or the Seller to try to resolve the issue. As for the cost, to me its simply not worth the hassle....Good Company, A Joke of an item...

Rating + 1 Very Poor communication

Seller Provided invalid shipping numbers twice on my order. Seller did not provide updates or proactive communication at all until after I asked the Newegg customer support team for help. I strongly suggest that if you chose to do business with this company, you conduct all communications through the Newegg message board, this will facilitate the Newegg team if you require the services of the costumer service department to assist with conflict resolution.
Though it may be worth nothing, that after asking Newegg for help, Easierbuy did finally provide accurate tracking data, and they were quick to contact me after posting a less than favorable review.

I've purchased this flashlight and three hours later I'm told by seller via email that the flashlight is defective and therefore can not be shipped but they offered me another two models at a higher price. This seller is selling things they don't have and then they try to push another item at a higher price. It took me 10 days for me to get my money back

Order took three times longer than quoted for delivery, two tracking numbers in a row provided to me were not valid. Resolution was not reached until after contacting Newegg's Customer support team. If you as a consumer order from this company, I strongly advise all communications take place through the Newegg dashboard messages to facilitate conflict resolution.

Rating + 1 Package had been opened and item was missing

I ordered three of these items. Each should consist of a USB wireless dongle and an antenna. On one the dongle is missing from the package, leaving just the antenna, and it is pretty clear that the original packaging had been opened before the package was sealed up and mailed.

Ripped Off

I wish I could give 0 stars to this seller. I ordered a cheap projector from them, and when it came the light from it was so dim it was hard to see even in a dark room with no lights on and the curtains drawn. I applied for an RMA and shipped it off the next day, and I even got FedEx confirmation of delivery with the name of the person who signed. Now, they refuse to issue me a refund and won't even respond to any communication. Stay away from this fraudulent seller.
