I would recommend this company to my friends. i received my order in record time but it was not what i ordered. i ordered a I Phone 5s and i received a I Phone 6. I can say it did take me a while to notify the company of the mistake but after two phone call and e mails the company gave me the option to keep the phone that they had sent. I was very thank full for the upgrade and i really needed the phone. My old I Phone 4 was on its last leg and was only usable with a Bluetooth device. My hat is off to them. i finally have a newer phone than my Grandson. Hahahahaha!

Worst seller ever! Ordered a phone, it arrived without a battery; customer support promised to send a battery separately; 3 weeks, no battery, no signs of any activity. Stay away!

My cell phone was being prepared for shipment (per the web page status updates), then the seller notified me it was out-of-stock. The item remained in a preparing for shipment status and not cancelled. I had to contact Newegg to resolve this & credit my account.

Yeah!! to Newegg for handling the issue very promptly!

The entire process took about 3 weeks. Blutek should have cancelled the order & refunded my credit card immediately.

Ordered this for my kids, it took FOREVER to get here, Communication with them via email (THEIR preferred method) was horrible and slow. Overall experience I would rate as poor. Solution they offered was for me to send the defective unit back to them (I PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING), and once they received it they would ship out another unit. This did not work straight out of the box. REALLY? I will NEVER buy from this merchant again. Jawbone was more help than they were. RIDICULOUS. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered a couple of phones and within three days after they were shipped I recieved an email telling me they were sorry, they don't have the phones in stock and cannot get anymore. They stated it will be a couple of days before my refund can be processed.
Unacceptable behavior for a company to have.

I'm giving them 4 stars because I can't give them 3.5. My only issue really was the shipping time it took. I ordered this phone and it came from the East Coast at the same time I ordered the SD card from Cali. Being I live in Illinois which is closer to the East Coast I expected to receive the phone before the SD card. That did not happen, I got the phone 2 days later and they were both shipped the same day with same shipping company, still don't understand that one but the phone works great and if your not in a hurry these guys will get you your product...

Do not order this from this marketplace company. By far the very worst experience I have ever had. Ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas, about a week and half after Christmas I get an email stating that they canceled my order. No one from newegg could tell me anything other than to call the marketplace sales person.

Rating + 4 Great cheap phone that works

I switched from Verizon to Straight Talk to save money and I want to say that this phone is really nice for the price. This phone reminds me of a cross between a IPhone and a Galaxy S4. You can get all the Apps you want on it or have none unlike the others that come pre loaded with garbage.

The only downfall of this phone is it feels cheap because it is made of plastic instead of having a metal frame like the others but if that isn't a concern for you then this is the phone to get. I will be getting another for my wife now that I have put this one through all the tests...

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
