Standard Return Policy
Some items are non returnable due to health regulation which includes Bathroom Safety Products, Incontinence Products, Diabetes Care Products, and all those items which are clearly mentioned in their description about their no-returns feature. The all other items should be in original packaging and must be in sale able condition. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment returned.

Returns: Please Contact us within 30 days from the date of order to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have the following information on hand when emailing for an RMA number:Order number, Customer name, Invoice number, Serial number and the nature of the problem. Those returns authorized by us are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% plus applicable shipping cost. No RMA number will be given if requested after 30 days of Invoice. All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will be accepted by us for exchange or repair, if RMA number is requested within 30 days of invoice. After 30 Days of invoice, all manufacturer warranty will be applicable. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RMA number will be returned to you or will not refunded since these packages without RMA number are difficult to trace.
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to same warehouse from where the item was shipped. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice thru which online tracking of shipment is available
If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
