Rating + 1 Shipping Misinformation

If I could rate this vendor "zero starts", I would... Somewhere along the line, the shiopping story seems to change. Order placed 1/22/15. Shipping confirmation recieved 1/26 from NewEgg, indicating the order was shipped 1/23 -- hte day after it was placed, which is cool. Today, 1/28, with order not received yet, I decided to track it to see when it would arrive. Interestingly, although NewEgg believed it was shipped on 1/23, it was actually NOT shipped until 1/27, according to the USPS tracking info. I have NO problem with NewEgg or the USPS, but I really wish the vendor had provided the CORRECT shipping information to NewEgg. I would actually be OK with a vendor experiencing a shipping delay, provided that the vendor is up front about it and doesn't provide misleading or incorrect information to NewEgg.

Shipping was slow, but product arrived as described and works great! Granted, it was just a $3 audio cable, but I would consider buying from this seller again.

Rating + 3 Product Good but Poor Shipping

The memory was as described and worked. However, I ordered the item on December 11 and received it December 29. USPS tracking is the most useless thing going! They said it was delivered on Dec 17.

Rating + 1 PSU Not what i ordered 204284737

Ordered Delta GPS-450AA-100 A DPS-350AB-8A 480w ( watt ) Replacement Power Supply - NEW

Instead received Logisys, a notoriously poor and under performing PSU. I was told "...our warehouse said this is a fully compatible replacement power supply for the Delta GPS-450AA-100 A would you please try to install it?"

This was followed with:
"If you do not want the item, it will be returned as non-defective and will incur our 20% restocking fee for non-defective returns, and shipping costs are not covered under any circumstances. would you pls try and keep it? "

This is insulting on the face of it. Needless to say I returned the item from whence it shipped with all relevant information. I have no expectation of receiving a refund of any kind.
I ordered a Corsair instead - works great!
