Rating + 1 Product doesn't work

Order the product (an HDMI to VGA cable for computer) on Oct 30, I am supposed to receive shipping notice within 2 days. Got nothing, so on Nov 3, I sent them a reminder thru Newegg, then I received the shipping notice on Nov 4. The product arrived on Nov 5, BUT IT DOESN'T WORK.
My experience so far: non-responsive delivery and the product doesn't work. If you have money to waste, donate to a charity

Not only did this seller send me the wrong power supply, I got stuck with a $12 shipping charge while sending it back so I could get my original $34 back.
If a company deliberately sends me something different than what I ordered, it seems only right that they cover the shipping cost I incur by sending it back.
I won't get anything from them again and I have serious reservations about buying again from NewEgg.

Rating + 5 Good Seller, Even Better Customer Service

Even after careful research, I still managed to order the wrong RAM for my laptop (MacbookPro, mid 2009). I contacted the seller and they exchanged my incorrect RAM for compatible RAM, even checking their warehouse to see if they had a model compatible besides what Crucial had recommended - they didn't find the exact model Crucial tech support had recommended, but still had RAM that would work for my computer. Shipped from California, so I never waited long either the first time or second.

Ordered a sata/ide to usb adapter. Delivered in expected time. It came with a defective power supply. ShopBest was quick to respond to my inquires and replaced it within a few days. Would definitely purchase from them in the future.
